Okay, so my husband wants me to add that the house does not meet CODE. He said there is a spaghetti of electrical wiring and conduit hanging out of the wall and coming out of the ground by the pool and garage. Nothing is secured or safe, especially since its right by the pool. He said the stove is heavily used and looks like it came out of an old restaurant. Watch out for the foundation, the cement is cracked everywhere and water is coming up through the cracks in the garage floor. I know the housing market is hot right now, but this house is ridiculous. Pre-covid, this house would have been sold as a fixer up for under $450,000.

He is against more apartments, but he is renter. As a renter, he doesn't pay property taxes in Collin County. I am so fed up with his bull. All he talks about is how he worked in a restaurant as a manager (not true. he was a host) and how he is a big time realtor (not true. fired from 3 different brokers and pull his sales record. Its pitiful.) He is a total piece of lying crap.
