The staff is always smiling and friendly. The restaurant is always clean. I never see the staff just standing idle, they are always busy. I know it happens, but our order has never been messed up. Thank you for exemplary service.

I got a 12 pc meal to go and didn’t have time to check the bag. When I got home I didn’t get one of the gravy’s and none of the biscuits. Kids were kinda disappointed we live to far away to drive back to get fixed

The drive-thru isn’t a drive-thru. You pay at the window and then they ask you to pull into a parking lane. When your food come out, the order is wrong, you don’t have any condiments or napkins. Now you have to get out of your car, which defeats the purpose of the drive-thru, go inside to get the correct food. This has happen to me 5 times in a row. It seems like they do t need a drive-thru at all.

FF and fish sandwich were stone cold. Drive in use and food cheched w/i a mile. Second sandwich was not tested. Terrible quality.
