Customer service is bad, they will take forever to give you your order and then as you get charge they show an attitude as if they don't want your money or business.
El Terero, State St., Girard, OH, 44420
I love this place. The staff is amazing and they cater to my needs. I had a lap band surgery 10 years ago and my food intake is restricted. They cater on hell I have to have my taco and the portions. And they don't overcharge me. They actually lower the price to accommodate the amount of food that I am eating. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Staff was polite. But the empty tables were dirty I had to clean my own table off while the staff stood talking about there personal life’s. The floors needed to be swept there was food on them in the dinning area. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with my food but there was none I don’t know if you were out or the pump was just empty but no one went to see. I used to work for McDonald’s so I know what the standards are and I am sorry for being honest but they were not met. Thank you for your time
McDonald’s, 2120 north main st, Pearland, TX, 77581
Told by employees they were too busy to take my order, as another employee was picking their nose behind register. Made order at screen and waited 15 minutes for food. Which was wrong. Don’t like to leave bad reviews, but worst McDonald’s experience by far.
Violino Restaurante, Winchester, VA
I’m not one that uses social media to bad mouth businesses or people. However I do not recommend this restaurant, WOULD YOU, after reading this letter want to dine there? You get better communication and service at a fast food establishment. Mrs. Stocco did not have the consideration to respond to this letter. Some restaurants substitute pork for veal but Ossoboco is a veal dish. With my experience and background in the restaurant business I tend to believe that the Ossoboco that was served to us was pork. December 11, 2018 Marcella Stocco Violino Ristorante Itilano 181 N Loudoun St Winchester, VA 22601 Dear Marcella: After searching for Ossobuco online, I was specifically interested in that dish, Violino Ristorante came up. We called and spoke to you about the menu. The prices on your website menu was less than was listed on the menu handed to us. We informed you about it (we notice now that you do not have prices on your online menu.) . We made reservations at a local hotel, so our main purpose in Winchester, Virginia was just to dine at Violino Restaurant to enjoy your Ossobuco. We were looking forward to a wonderful dining experience. We arrived at the restaurant a little before your opening at 5PM, we were your first guests. After reading the qualities you listed on your website like “what truly makes violin the experience that it is, is the sense of family that is deeply felt throughout the restaurant by patrons as well as the staff.” “From the moment that you walk through the door you are welcomed into the Stocco family, ….they wrap you in unsurpassed hospitality.” We never experienced the above, we were very upset when we left Violino. Having traveled extensively over the world and being one who takes pleasure in eating truly wonderful international dishes and knows true hospitality and being welcomed to one’s establishment. We were seated with very little conversation. Our Waiter came after a short time, and without any small talk or conversation proceeds listing the specials. When I asked him a question, he said, “don’t interrupt me” and just went on talking. His tone was very disruptive he was rude, impertinent and arrogant. We never saw him again after taking our order, the young lady assistant wait staff was your only shining star we experienced for whole evening, and we graciously tipped her for her kindness. We were upset after we left your establishment. You called me on our cell phone while I was driving and asked “WHY I DIDN’T TIP THE WAITER.” I was driving and did not speak about this issue. (In most states it’s illegal to talk on the phone while driving.) Our meal was ruined, by the rude, impertinence and arrogance of the Waiter, (My family and I owned a restaurant, that seated 250 people, that Waiter would never work for us.) He ruined our whole dining experience and to rate your Ossobuco, I question whether it was veal. I’m not one that uses social media to bad mouth businesses or people.

Dr. Howard Chasolen, wood st. sarasota fl.
Follow-up After Talking With A Former Worker “ Dear Dr. Chasolen. As you know with all the discussions that we had, hopefully you can understand of my long and odious dental journey that you help put me on , and surly you knew that I had the expense of a total cost to me- starting from the university's cost for $14,000.00 plus Dr. Mish's cost of $11,800.00 and the $37,595.00 to your office ,and to date I have not a single red cent of receiving anything in workmanship nor any money back from you. plus the new cost of $27,000.00 for me to completely start all over again with another dentist, and yet another dentist to correct all of the mistakes at a cost of $29,000.00 so now with a grand total cost of $119,395.00 In all to me. I can not conceive how you must feel, of you departing an 81 year old veteran of $37,595.00 and stalling this case of my going back and forth to your office for two years, and aprox.30 visits at 80 miles per. visit -totaling over 2,500 miles and in very early morning travel (6:00 Am and on several return trips in heavy 5:00 Pm traffic as well) I think in all fairness, I was concerned of you having to pay a fee to the lab in California that you used. -and I offered to sign an affidavit to them in stating that the ten times that they could not get their work right, and that we were not going to accept the unit- as I didn't want them to charge you for the shoddy work that they were doing-time after time, and you said not to worry- as it's being sent back to them, and that they would then realize that you would not be charged at all for it, so instead you were able to keep all the money that I paid to you. I recently met a former worker of yours at the mall and I was told that all your office workers really felt bad for what you were putting me through- and how awful for what you did. I am asking at this time- in all fairness- again- if you would honor a financial adjustment for me ,as if I received a total completion of the work that you started- and if you didn't receive any money – I am sure it would not be fair to you- if you successfully completed my case, and not being paid, you would not like it. You did offer me any models , molds or anything that I may have needed for a new dentist, but I was told that dentist don't really want to use other dentist plans and case items. Please give me a call, an email- or perhaps to meet, and as I mentioned before "that I don't have sour g***s with you" and would be pleased to meet with you if you prefer. I would like to make mention of the $7,000.00 implant cost of Dr. Scott's implant crown- plus the initial cost for you to remove the crown ,as the lab could not line up their work with it, and in all fairness it was damaged at your office by your assistant that chipped it while trying to remove the temp. “Surprising for the two years of my treatments at your office ( you probably worked on my case for about 3 solid hours if any” And that is why it was a total failure, as you did not show any interest for the very complicated case that you stated -when you made me make payment of the $37,595.00 in full long before any work was ever done. You stated to me that it would be better if we removed that $7,000.00 crown to make the lab do their work with less effort, But you charged me $3,000.00 to remove the crown that was chipped at your neglect to removing the temp. unit correctly in the first place. and in closing I did spend an awful lot of unnecessary money- "and I thank God" for not having that additional cost when you sent me to your friend Dr. Ferris- who wanted a ridiculous amount of money for an unnecessary gum graft- and for the sum of $20,900.00- and Dr. Mish laughed and said that I did not need any such gum graft, and the cost to me from your friend Dr. Ferris to tell me of that,- was an additional charge to me for $200.00 Respectfully . Sarah Goselin for a fact hit my child !that’s why there’s a police report about it ,herself or maybe a family member can come on the site and say that is a completely false remark when it’s completely accurate coming out of a five year olds mouth ! Funny if this is a parent talking which we know it’s not ,how they would say that’s not a true remark !were you in the classroom when that happened? NO !Not only did this abuse take place once it took place for years afterwards even her two sons bullied my student, there’s also a report on that and the bullying is caught on video contact the school board of Saint johns county if you guys want to get your facts straight , teachers and principals don’t like her they try to act like they’re her friend only to pacify her insanity ,go to the Saint johns county police department if anybody wants to do their homework on this incident. get your facts straight it’s public record people ! Then she try’s to make up lies about things happening to her home and elsewhere for attention this lady is completely nuts . She loves to play the victim she’s an attention seeker, if you also contact the school board of Saint johns county there’s video footage of her two sons bullying the student in the lunchroom everybody needs to get their facts straight before they make assumptions , good day .

I don’t care if these guys are ranked in the top 10 investors in the valley. They obviously don’t know talent or a good idea when they see it. I only had 30 minutes to explain my startup, which is impossible. This is a great idea and worthy of more than 30 minutes. And I’m not a CPA. I am the CIO (chief imagination officer). I am not supposed to understand numbers. Time to go pitch my idea in San Diego, where I am confident they will appreciate me and my idea. World, here I come!
