I was very disappointed I am a diabetic and was not supposed eat a lot of bread . I wanted to get a slider and was willing to pay extra for tuna. I explained it to the manager. She said they count the bread I said no problem I am paying for the bread I just want the tuna on it. I was told you count each piece of meat. After a few minutes I asked for home office phone number and was told they didn’t have it. I ordered a meal of two sliders with turkey with oil only and couldn’t even eat the bottom part of the bread it was to hard . I won’t be coming in here again

Entered restaurant and approached counter. Selene came over. no greeting or anything! i placed order and then she walked away without giving me my receipt or saying a word. She walked over to other employees and started talking and joking. i asked for Carol the mgr. and she didnt seem to concerned about the behavior ! Carol didnt apologize or anything either. just gave me my receipt and walked away !!! Never been treated so rudely !!!

I felt like I was being milked. Multiple appointments that resulted in little more than being seen for less than 10min and multiple cast! Negative attitude of the physician. He acted as if I had something contagious that he could catch. The bill is outrageous and every time I asked how much office visits were everyone said oh we don't know that!

The young man, Aldejo who works tbe drive thru is always so polite and respectful. One if the best employees this restaurant has ever had. He makes sure your order is correct and thanks you and ask you to come back again. Also asks about your day and tells you to have a great day.

I've had multiple mobile orders come out with items missing & have found hair in our food 3 different times, which is obviously super gross. Nothing was done about either situation, thanks for taking my money & not giving me what we paid for or ruined d food, with human hair in it. It's very much appreciated. Hope you grasp the sarcasm.
