I don't know who manages this Burger king, but it has issues. Yesterday I was in line for 20 minutes (10:15 - 10:35) before I finally got my breakfast sandwich-ran out of croissant. No problem, but what really disturbed me, was 3 employees outside, 1 vaping a male and 2 females with him, one with redish died hair, and there were 4 cars ahead of me with one person in each car except for one with 2, and 4 cars behind me. What happened to fast thru, shouldn't those employee gone in to help the 1 person, trying to do everything herself. This is not the first time I have seen this. They could clearly see the line of cars, as i could see them, they were in the dumpsters area by the building vaping and hanging out, I realize this may have been a break time, but when you see a line of cars they should have went back in the building, to help the lone employee. This is called customer service!

They made my order so wrong I came back 15 min away from home and they didn’t want to remake my order than the manager was so rude she said let me just get your bag and I’ll refund you all your money I purchased 5 double wopers with cheese . And they put no cheese on none then she made 4 and just basically tree them in the car didn’t even let me say thank you or nothing...

I was visiting someone at Hospital near by( NY Presbyterian) on Friday 24th, around 4:30 pm. 1st, want to say how implacable place was, but the service by everyone of the staff really made me so happy and comfortable while eating there with my mother. I was greed by staff with a smile, but not just me, I noticed every person that walked in while I was there was greed and helped the same way. I was helped by one of the girls with my order on the computer, then cashier( cause I paid cash) was super kind to me, and the next person after me, who was a special case young man, they were all super nice to him , very touching to see that. The assistant manager,a very young guy was very polite, and helpful when my mom and I need it some extra sugar and ketchup. I definitely will give the place and staff a 10. All McDonald's restaurants should have the same training for their staff, it makes a big difference. I will go there again and again.

One time, I tried to go to my local Burger King to order me a Baja Blast but then I saw Ms Mcgarrity squishing and sliding going to her seat. So I decided to go order a cup since the line was empty BUT THEN THEY TOLD ME SHE TOOK THE WHOLE F****** MENU. Please, keep them away from your local restaurant

Dr Bober is a chiropractor who is extremely knowledgeable in nutrition. I originally made an appt to hear what he had to say about weight loss. I felt that I was 45 lbs over weight. I had my daughters wedding and surgery coming up in 3 months and wanted to loose 30 lbs. The only medical issue I have is hypertension controlled on meds. Not only did I loose the wt but found that certain foods aggregated my osteo-arthritis. And for the first time in 20-30 years able to sit on the floor with my legs crossed. I have rings (my ggm) that now fit over my knuckle. My primary goals ended up being secondary as movement keeps us young and vital. I have never felt so good in 20-30years. At the age of 68 working strong!
