This place is nasty!! Dirt on every thing, lettuce is always Half spoiled and even smells! This place needs to be shut down,the tea containers are so nasty you can't tell they are Stainless steel! I complained to city health office,they have done nothing in a year, PEOPLE DON'T EAT AT THIS PLACE!!

I ordered the whopper meal for two. When we got the meal we left. While driving home my wife checked the meal bag and we found out that we had 2 plain burgers not whoppers. Not to happy about this. We had walked in because the drive threw was backed up. There was one person ahead of us waiting for his meal and ended up waiting for over 10 minutes. The kitchen area was very dirty with food scraps and other items all over the floor. This place needs help.

They made my order so wrong I came back 15 min away from home and they didn’t want to remake my order than the manager was so rude she said let me just get your bag and I’ll refund you all your money I purchased 5 double wopers with cheese . And they put no cheese on none then she made 4 and just basically tree them in the car didn’t even let me say thank you or nothing...

The food was OK but the gal taking my order was a smart ***. At the end of the order she asked me if I wanted anything else, I said NO. Then she asked me if I wanted 2 cookies for some price and I frowned and I might have said, I said No in normal tone. Then she said I’m just following the script. I paid my bill and at the end she quipped up, I’m sorry I was doing my job. I might have left that alone but then she was talking to another customer she might have known and she was complaining to him, loud enough for me to hear, about customers complaining because she was doing her job.

I don't know who manages this Burger king, but it has issues. Yesterday I was in line for 20 minutes (10:15 - 10:35) before I finally got my breakfast sandwich-ran out of croissant. No problem, but what really disturbed me, was 3 employees outside, 1 vaping a male and 2 females with him, one with redish died hair, and there were 4 cars ahead of me with one person in each car except for one with 2, and 4 cars behind me. What happened to fast thru, shouldn't those employee gone in to help the 1 person, trying to do everything herself. This is not the first time I have seen this. They could clearly see the line of cars, as i could see them, they were in the dumpsters area by the building vaping and hanging out, I realize this may have been a break time, but when you see a line of cars they should have went back in the building, to help the lone employee. This is called customer service!
