Not only did he not finish the job, he left my house a mess. I hired a lawyer and found out that the owner, Scott Tatum, is a convicted felon with a long history of drug abuse, insurance fraud, and bankruptcy. He lives in Rockwall, Texas. His full legal name is Robin Scott Tatum.
