Your wall has "Be yourself" with a butterfly. Rather than supporting your version of what a student should be, support a student as they are. I am a parent and was surprised by Mr. Englerth. He is clearly not qualified, and I am suspicious of his qualifications to even be employed by the high school. He does not seem to care and even if he did, I don't think he has the aptitude to help.

I'm not sure if I believe you, but if that's true, his behavior is beyond strange. What kind of friggin' GUIDANCE COUNSELOR would push a kid to believe they're mentally ill? Honestly, the opposite problem, where a kid tells their gc about their anxiety disorder and is dismissed, is what I often hear. This is such a strange allegation.
