I was referred to this doctor by a Star Medical rep in Plano. I called to see what the requirements were for Bariatric Surgery. I provided my ins. info for verification & they scheduled me an appt for Thurs at 8:15am. I drove 45 mins to this appt and was told that they never put be on the schedule. Unprofessional. The scheduler advised that she could add me, but the first apt is at 10am. My first thought, Uh no, it was actually 8:15am. I would not recommend this office! What a waste of my time. If you cant commit to a schedule, how can I trust you with anything else. I will most definitely NOT return. They dropped the ball and nothing was done about it. Heard shes working at the VA now figures were ON TIME is not in there vocabulary

They put me on hold for 2 minutes someone came back and said “he left”, I said I am holding for another customer service rep, he’s checking on a certain kind of dog food (hills science diet). The employee put me back on hold and 30 seconds later the call dropped! Very bad customer service. conditions SHE IS not qualified to treat. Adenoid removal. Chronic ear infections. Cochlear implants for hearing restoration. Congenital abnormalities (like a cleft palate or lip or a loss of smell) Deviated septum repairs. Eardrum perforation repairs. Ear tube inserts. Plenty of Good ENT's out there. She is not one of them. Damaged my tongue and continued to lie to me more then a politician. Oh its Ok, It will be Alright. Shes a Bold Face Liar. Let her operate on you but don't say I didn't warn you just how bad she is. My brother VALFRIDO took the bar 5 times does not make him good at being a lawyer. Stephen Holt is Satan or the closest person to it. They say hes a doctor. If he is he was not very good at it. Hes a politician vying to keep his job like everyone else. He does not like or care about veterans no one ever said he did. Hes got a job to do. I wished more people realized it, waste tax payer money yours and mine, manipulate the numbers to make himself look good FUZZY MATH. Stephen Holt can stand in front of you and LIE TO YOUR FACE without ever showing the slightest twitch. Working for Stephen Holt is the worst. Just waiting for something better to come along. He is not a person of his word, nothing he says can be trusted and should always be taken with a grain of salt.

*** amazing teacher. There isn’t anyone greater, seriously. He appreciates and loves all of his students. An example is if you’re having a real shitty day he’s the type of person to give you his cookie that he was saving later for lunch and give you less amount of work to do for the day. Amazing guy.

Probably worked at the Dallas veterans hospital were doctors are not required to SHOW UP. Had 2 appointments not met or seen an attending anywhere and this behavior is condoned honored and accepted by there useless leader STEPHEN HOLT. a real politician. HOW HARD IS IT TO SHOW UP. Is it in the doctors handbook be 45 minutes late or don't up at all so t worry it's ok attitude is nuts
