Hi, commenter. I am not striving for a particular school. I am simply using NYU as an example of a prestigious college—not saying it is en par with the Ivies or that it is my dream school. By the way, good for you, getting a college education at a pretty reputable school. But heck, maybe I will get into NYU; I’m taking a gap year to save for college in addition to volunteering as a crisis counselor, so I have not submitted a college application yet. I am just trying to share a personal experience, an honest experience that may inform Mr. Englerth and others who have him. Have a good day!
