I saw her and Mr Hughes having *** so loud they thought no one would hear but I heard everything it was a late night and I had volleyball practice I heard it all. She kept telling him “give me that showbie *** it’s so hard and big I thought you were gay I guess not you dirty little librarian man.” I was truly scared and I am scared to see them now

This person has a very small margin for human error. She makes a big issue of small alignments and will taxed me on it till she has borderline harassment. She knows quite well what she is doing because she has admitted it To me.

Dr. Lindsay Essenmacher, 6830 Montgomery Blvd., Suite D, Albuquerque, NM

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Both the dentist and the staff are exceptional. I had to have a crown (my 5th). This was, by far, the best experience for having that done. I did not feel like I was drowning; the crown was completed in one visit; extra attention was given to not causing pain; the novocaine was given painlessly and precisely--I wasn't sure I even had any and did not feel like half my face was dead, but it worked perfectly; all my questions were answered thoroughly.

Mrs. Anne Muoio, 472 Mendon Rd, Pittsford, NY 14534 (Pittsford Mendon High School)

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Despite her delivery of engaging lectures, Mrs. Muoio is the most hypocritical teacher I have witnessed. To illustrate, immediately after a discussion on Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451 and the psychological dangers of social media usage, she gave our class free time, saying "You can go check TikTok and Instagram." Dumbfounded, I respectfully brought up the irony of her statements, and she replied, "I know, right?"—then proceeded to check her own social media feed. She also complained about our class frequently, criticizing us for not giving enough insightful answers, calling us "so annoying," and saying that she wished she could miss work. Although, when the librarian joined our lesson, she had an incredibly over-the-top happy attitude and gave the illusion she was proud of us. To further her façade, she complimented students constantly, calling them "really smart." In addition, in one lesson, Mrs Muoio discussed Othello, analyzing how Venetian society rejects him as "other" and how Shakespeare illustrates that we must overcome our own implicit biases and fears. Then, a bug entered the room, and Mrs. Muoio frantically ran across the room screaming because she thought it might be a bee. She did not have an allergy to a bee sting; she was merely blinded by the fear that this might be a bee. (It was a cricket, but she was so distraught that she refused to even look at it.) The student teacher had to calm her down and get her back on task. At least the scene proved her point—even if ironically. However, one hypocrisy seriously damaged our grades. In every lecture about writing, Mrs. Muoio constantly underscored the importance of clear, in-depth analysis and specific citations to support one's thesis. Unfortunately, she never held herself to that standard. We never had any rubric, any clear set of expectations on an essay, and she deducted points arbitrarily, never able to justify her grading. One time, a girl I knew lost points for not fulfilling an MLA 8th edition citation convention Mrs. Muoio had not mentioned once. She respectfully approached her about this after class, and Mrs. Muoio understood why she made the mistake, literally calling the convention "archaic"—but decided to take off credit anyway. In retrospect, it was so difficult to build confidence and improve my writing when my teacher was manipulative and sent such contradictory messages. Due to her facetious nature, seeking her true respect was a relentless journey, even impossible. Based on her oscillating behavior, she may have deep mental issues, and if that is the case, I hope she leaves the classroom temporarily to recover. After that, her positive qualities can shine.
