Fired from 8 startups in 2018 due to poorly constructed legal documents and even worse advice. Fired from my startup for screw up after screw up. Incorporation documents were a joke that I had to redo (and pay to have redone). Restricted stock option plan was full of holes and got me in trouble with an investor and an employee. And now I get to deal with the Securities Board and Comptroller thanks to Ryan's infamous advice. Ask around before working with Ryan Roberts. Ask Alexander Muse at Sumo Ventures.
