Employees ignore customers and spend more time together socializing. Seems that the store manager must believe that the customer demographic is lower income. For better selection of healthy food many of the people I know and my family have to drive to another city to shop. We just use Walmart to fill in when we don't have time to drive for selection at other grocery stores. The only thing that this store has going for it is it's basically the only game in the city aside from a small local family chain grocery store.

The staff is wonderful, as are the selections! When you check out, the employee always has a smile on their face, and other employees bag your groceries and ask if you would like any assistance taking them and putting them in the car. It's the only grocery store I'll ever go to!

Old People, Walmart - CA
Listen up all you old people over 30. As a teenager we don't have many options to work its either fast food or retail. I work at Walmart mostly with a smile until some old people want to make me frown. I know Walmart stresses the customer is always right, turn that frown upside down, but please, please stop bringing in your used underwear and expecting money back. We are young we are not stupid. I am a 17 year old girl I can tell when a pair of panties have been washed and its insulting to me as a girl and insulting to me as a teenager believing I am dumb enough to fall for your scheme old men do it to and all I can do is smile back instead of kicking them and there washed underwear out of the store. You are not getting a refund, you are not even getting a gift card so please stop trying. Please stop being a stankova act your age.

The Owner is very nice, store is clean well stocked, is quite friendly to his customers, if something is not in stock he will order it

This store was better when it was Nichol's dollar saver.Now that's it's Pruett's it seems to be getting worse especially when the manager doesn't care for his employees.I keep talking to past employees finding out more stuff that he does on purpose and against store rules.Recent events I've learned that the people he fired he fired them the same exact way.Him and his assistant manager basically would pull an employee aside that they have treated cruely telling them they stole something and even when the employee had a witness the manager still fired them.Not just one but many have shared the same story.Then also bringing to attention he's screamed at many of them talking down to them as if they were less than.But he didn't think some of these employees have PTSD and what he basically did is verbally abuse them.A lot of these people are coming forward and in hopes to signing a paper taking him to court especially his assistant manager who joins in on his putting down employees... I hope we gain enough to get this man fired for all the mental and verbal abuse he caused these people.Plus the one with medical issues.Knowing the hand book says employees with medical problems can take and eat with there meds at any time including on the clock.He can't treat people like nothing it doesn't give home the right.Sir just because you drive a big truck doesn't make you a man it makes you insecure.Grow up....

The checkout Sheryl was very abrupt. She practically screamed at me for not social distancing since the in front customer had to still use the pin pad. I was unaware that he hadn’t used it already. I was beginning to load my items when I heard this abrasive abrupt voice chastising me like I should have known. Why is it so far back?? Any way she is a detriment to your team There is a reason NOT to hire Vocational rehab people In addition I said “ Wonder if Corp requires vaccinations to work here” and she abruptly said “I don’t discuss vaccinations” Who ask her to discuss anything? A simple I don’t know would have been sufficient
