The checkout Sheryl was very abrupt. She practically screamed at me for not social distancing since the in front customer had to still use the pin pad. I was unaware that he hadn’t used it already. I was beginning to load my items when I heard this abrasive abrupt voice chastising me like I should have known. Why is it so far back?? They put me on hold for 2 minutes someone came back and said “he left”, I said I am holding for another customer service rep, he’s checking on a certain kind of dog food (hills science diet). The employee put me back on hold and 30 seconds later the call dropped! Very bad customer service.
