The pandemic is on your management pride. Food was absolutely awful. Purchased a $28 bucket original, biscuits hard like rock, cole slaw & mashed potatoes liquidity, mac/cheese greasy and the overall flavor of the chicken cold & stale as if it were leftovers. Nobody expects to pay $29.32, drive home after a long day of work only to end up cooking a ham/cheese omelet for my family. What a waste of my earnings. Fix this unacceptable pandemic at your store.

I came in Sunday night and I received poor customer service when I went through the drive-through there’s no reason why I have to town three times before I get the window and then say it again at the window by the time I get to the window my food should be ready then they barely put any salsa on the tacos and I will never go back to that store again And the store manager Told me if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else

Martina was my sales associate & manager of the Taco Bell restaurant in Woodland. She smiled and greeted me while in line and made me feel wanted in welcomed in her store which is extremely important. Her uniform was neat and sporty and she went above and beyond for my order specifics! This is the worst restaurant that there is every time I go in there to get chicken pot pies they only put two bites of filling in the pies and they know that the customer can see that they have been cheated on the product when they get it home and open the box when I called the manager he laughed and said I don't know what to tell you when I asked for the supervisors phone number he told me to go on line and do my survey I have gone out my way in the past to go to kfc so I thought I would give them another chance but I guess that I was wrong

On Nov. 23,2020 I did a online order for buy 2footlong get one free. This store was no longer doing that so I had them cancel my order. The manager told us that she would give me a refund on Monday. Monday came and went so response went back up there a week later and talked to another manger and the owner and was told that it would be taken care of. Its no almost a month later and its still not taken care of. I talked to the district manager and she was very condescending and VERY RUDE!! Told me that they couldn't give me a refund and that the managers there are not allowed to do refunds!! She refused to give me the owners name and phone number!! This is not the first time we have had a issue with them. The other time we did a online order they took my money and there was no one working!! That time it took me 2 weeks to get my money back!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THEIVES!! The sad part is they are getting away with it!!!

The Denny’s store (8788) was understaff when I attended on Monday (12-7-2020). However, the manager Reginald Green did an exceptional job going above the call of duty to accommodate the overflow. Cooking, hosting, bussing tables and coordinating the staff movement. Exceptional!! Kudos to Mr. Green.
