I asked my associate who busted out laughing did that lady sniff glue before she come in the door. What is the difference in 50-75 gallons IT HOLDS MORE WATER. The difference between gas and electric one has gas heating the water and the other has electric heating the water. THE SCHOOL SYSTEM IS A COMPLETE FAILURE.

Juan Olvera screwed my family on a house deal. Juan racked up debt in my uncle's name. Now we cannot refinance or sell the house due to credit, covid and 2 liens. We have nothing to do with the debt or the liens. We don't even know who these people are or what they did with Juan. Juan has done this before. We found other liens and lawsuits in Wills Point and Rockwall.

You need to run background checks on your salesmen. I was surprised to see that Juan Carlos Olvera and Juan Carlos Olvera Jr work there. They are even in your commercials. Do you have a habit of putting convicted criminals in your commercials? They are crooks with convictions for drugs, assault, DUI, credit card fraud and identity theft (stole identities of their customers). They were on the news for selling cars at Rayo Motors without titles and with air bags removed. People got hurt. Look at cases in Dallas County (CC-18-06725-B, CC-11-05430-C, DC-13-05017, CC-05-12238-D), Rockwall County (1-18-1530, 3-06-146, 3-05-171, CI04-15, CR04-0333, 3-04-25, 3-04-256), and Van Zandt (12-14-00168). That's just a few of them. They were evicted in Rockwall twice, Garland twice, Dallas, and Edgewood. They trashed the commercial and residential properties before they were evicted. Stole everything they could. When your customers give them their information for financing a car, they will steal their identity and rack up debt. And they will steal air bags out of the cars before they sell them. That's a fact. They've done it before, been caught, been in the news, been convicted in court over and over again. Google search their names. Juan Carlos Olvera.

So I met this asian lady Lan Buttery today claiming to be a CPA and President of Tax Seasons Accounting Firm in Garland, Texas. At first I thought she was joking with a name like Buttery and being the President of a company because she comes off as a sort of the silent, uneducated type with really bad communication skills and awkward body language. Not good traits for a President or leader. But it gets better. I met her at a political event where she is claiming to be the campaign manager and treasurer for Candidate Mike Gould. Seriously? For real, a silent lady (probably best because no one can understand her when she speaks) that is in charge of a political campaign. Doesn't add up since you kind of need speaking and personal skills for that job. Oh wait. It gets better. Neither she or the candidate reside in the county where the election is held. That's kind of like a requirement. I gogle search for her awesome name and I find this site. So now it all makes sense. Of course she is in the happy ending asian massage business with a name like Lan Buttery. God I love Plano events. You meet all kinds of trash parading to be something else!
