I have been a patient for over 20 years and it appears that service is going down hill. You are just a number instead of a person needing care. The staff is usually giving excuses for errors that could have been prevented if done in a timely manner. Like approval from insurance for test. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Usually in and out in a timely manner and I appreciate his attention to each patient. I feel he listens to what your concerns are and addresses them. He is also my husband's doctor. visit today with Dr Kim Stearns from Lutheran hospital for right knee pain, very unprofessional, angry because i was asking questions stating "are you going to interrupt me again", did not do any real exam on my knee other than pressing a spot on my inner knee where it was painful, no orthopedic tests done on my knee to determine if might be meniscal tear until I said something then roughly grabbed my leg and twisted my knee asking does that hurt, never offered anything for pain or even asked me if i was having any pain, I am a nurse myself and this MD was referred to me and I am very disappointed, this is Cleveland Clinic World Class Care!!
