Russell Hisscock, DO, 30809 1st Ave S, Federal Way, WA

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr Hisscock is the most caring, concerned and intelligent physician I have seen in my long search to heal myself from various injuries. He listens to his patients and truly wants to heal. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a great DO. In addition, his Nurse Stephanie Chismody is the best and is on top of her game. I am so blessed and grateful to have found them!

John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, Washington

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Another Lenka Stankova hurting the war fighters. John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, was charged with making false statements, concealment of material facts and falsification of a record or document tied to a failure to report more than $15,000 in cash, casino chips and other gifts from contractors. The Justice Department announced the charges on Wednesday, accusing him of “accepting, and sometimes demanding, extravagant gifts from a group of contractors and subcontractors who worked on the project he was overseeing.” As the indictment notes, Windom was aware of the rules regarding reporting gifts and receipts, per training for officials. “An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law,” the Justice Department said in its release. In 2018, the 10-year contract was awarded to Cerner (now known as Oracle Health after Oracle acquired it). Windom was appointed as Executive Director of the Office of Electronic Record Modernization in 2017 and helped supervise the VA’s choice of Cerner for the contract. According to the grand jury indictment against him, Windom used his position to take money and gifts from a group of business executives from information technology and consulting companies who were contractors on the project. According to the indictment, Windom allegedly called them “the Power Group.” Windom used his role to “encourage, monitor, and facilitate contract and subcontracting opportunities for members of the Power Group, related and unrelated to the EHRM project.” Windom was allegedly given payment in everything from cash, to $8,200 in Louis Vuitton gift cards and $1,800 in casino chips. He was also given a High Efficiency Particulate Air, or HEPA, filter worth $631. The indictment also accuses Windom of using his position to “coerce” payments and gifts from others. Per the indictment, Windom “repeatedly reminded Power Group members to remain loyal and directed them to maintain confidentiality and their relationship with him.” In one message at the start of 2020, Windom messaged Power Group members, telling them that “loose lips sink ships.” Windom’s initial contract was extended, and in 2022 he was reassigned to serve as deputy director of the Federal electronic Health Modernization Office, a joint VA and Department of Defense project. Nine years after the modernization effort started, the Electronic Health Record program is used by only a handful of VA sites, with the program hit by glitches and usability issues. The VA paused the program in 2023, but is expected to roll out at several sites this year. Windom faces a maximum sentence of over 20 years in prison if convicted on all counts. Christopher Eversen, 10000 No. Main St, Richfield, UT

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Don't trust him with your medication. I told this dr. in E.R. not to give me *** or propofol and in E.R. I was given 3 I.V. doses of *** in E.R., then in surgery suit prior to surgery medication cocktail was discussed with me naming nerve block, anti-emetic, & Versed. But during surgery my now owned hospital records show 4 times the *** was pushed into me during surgery! Liar! He was told by me and I had two friends as witnesses next to me in E.R. that I did not want any ***, not to use it on me. I had a broken bone, was uncomfortable , but no way needed that narcotic the industry likes to push on people. I've had 7 children, that is painful and a narcotic like *** is not given for childbirth. How dare this Eversen D.O. presume that as an elderly female I was to be ignored. Patients have no rights, no matter what federal laws are passed for patient rights, in hospitals, but doctors do as they damn well please to you putting poisons you do not want by force into you. Hospitals kill people, are probably worse to be confined in than prisons.

Dr (Kristappa) Sangavaram, 303 Molnar Drive, Elmwood Park, NJ, 07407

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Dr Kristappa Sangavaram, MD double charged me $1,000. He charged me and my medical insurance company for the same injection of a steroid. Sometimes he uses the last name "Sangdidram", other times he uses the last name "Sangavarian" and other times he uses the last name "Sangavaram". He told me not to tell the other anesthesiologists but I did and I told the insurance company. Even his ex-partner told me "I know what Dr Sangavaram did to you...I know the story" and that's why he was told to leave and he had to go to a smaller place and he makes less money thanks to me because I told everyone. I spoke to him and he didn't know I told on him and he started trash talking his previous partners. In a way I won because he ended up earning much less money because I told everybody. Always report when physicians do that to you- it happens all the time and never pay a medical bill in this country because all those bills are fraudulent. I know because I worked in the medical field. Don't go to Dr Kristappa Sangavaram because besides that he doesn't do anything that will help you. He's strictly just works with botox and steroid blockers. He will try to shame you if you take pain meds. He calls your family members and gossips to your family members about you before he bills you. Remember: Always report these doctors to every appropriate agency and always name and shame them. This happens all the time in the United States. Only in 11 US states is it not permitted for a physician to over-bill you. In all the other 39 US states they are allowed but you must not pay it. I told you I worked in the medical field in this country.

WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE EVER VISITED. If call you can never reach anyone. Recording says 30 minute wait or leave message....what a joke, after a week still no call. Even other doctor offices can never reach anyone. They must think we have time to wait on the phone. Doctor says I have 22 minutes for patients. REALLY JUST WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR. They keep saying they will do a referral for cardolists & after 6 months I DEMANDED I have a referral in hand before I left. They don't really care about their patients.

PATIENTS BEWARE— 10+ YEARS! DRS. NO ETHICS/PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING STAFF & DRS. BEWARE—10+ YEARS!DRS. NO ETHICS etc., INCLUDING STAFF & DRS. Dr. E. Wheeler & all 3 owning Drs. after 10+ yrs. of care, just dropped me b/C her receptionist of 20 yrs lied when I explained to her the steps I was ordered to follow by my Dr. to protect me from CV-19 exposure b/c MI Law, required me to personally pick up a script at the Dr. office.Receptionist didn't like to deviate normal protocol, thus retaliated against me & lied. No disrespect etc. on my part. The Dr. dropped me & never investigated or fired receptionist for lying. No other reason. This same incident happened twice--again at time of next refill. Unfortunately I didn't report 1st incident at the time. One of their own patients was a witness.I have no recourse but to lose my Dr. I'm 65 years old & the Drs. policy is if a patient is dropped, no other Dr. in the huge practice will see you--blackballed. I know they didn't investigate b/c I had witnesses both issues. She/they never tried to contact me--just mailed a letter. Office Mngr believed. She offered to put me with a Nurse Practitioner. I have complex med. issues & need someone with more extensive knowledge & practice time. Office itself has issues otherwise. Can't recommend. They were 100%UNPROFESSIONAL, INHUMANE, UNETHICAL when most needed. My doctor knows me better than to have believed I would do anything out-of-line or disrespectful. All this & NO DOCTOR during a worldwide Pandemic. Unbelievable from beginning to end of this nightmare. After all these years they didn't give me the common curtsey to ask me what happened, as ‘their patient’. I never owed even $1 to the practice—ever. The 3 Dr.s that own the practice are also aware there is ‘a situation’, but know nothing of the truth. They won't take time to learn the truth or deal with their responsibIlity. They need to be reminded that their first obligation to their patients is to 'Do No Harm...' It never crossed my mind that they would need to be taught to 'CAUSE No Harm'. PATIENTS BEWARE.
