This doctor cares more about his fees than his patient. I made an appointment with this doctor as i had to change my pcp. When i made the appointment i was told that this doctor was in my network when i got to my appointment they wanted to charge me the out of network co pay.i told them that i was running out of my medication i asked if they would accept the in network co pay as this was there mistake. They would not work with me so i could get the medication that I needed. Do if you are thinking of using this doctor think again.

Blatant Disregard Nov 6, 2018 I have never in all my 37 1/2 years of constant pain have I ever been treated so poorly with such cold blatant disregard. He said he would help he had no intention of helping. Far more interested in getting me there for 3 appointments and collect his fees he prescribed the incorrect amount of medication that I have been taking this is a reduced dose that is matter of record and can be verified. Dr Tapia is self center I think the term is self verified. He was far more interested in implanting a pain device, at a high fee I would guess. Upon learning that I have hypersensitive nerve endings I could not use his device he did not prescribe the remaining amount in a partial script as promised. He made me wait 5 days dodging my calls leaving me on hold for 39 minutes disconnected the call, I called back a 15 minute return call was I promised they would return my call after talking to the doctor they never returned the call. I asked if he was not going to prescribe as promised please tell me now, 2 calls later the office finally admitted he was not going to prescribe as promised on Oct 24, now on Nov 6th after 5 days of calling and waiting they could have told me sooner I could have seen another doctor in that time and not run out of medication. I did get appointment in 3 days with a new doctor but I'm out of medication upset in more pain from this experience. 9 back surgeries both hips replaced, my knee was damaged with hip replacement, shoulder pain and more. This man could care less how much pain I am in, He never examined me didn't even look. The office twisted my words as if this was my fault that I didn't understand I'm not foolish. Dr Nikolavsky at Upstate Urology is an absolute miracle worker! He is truly my hero. After a botched procedure at another facility left me incontinent and in tremendous pain and with a severely damaged urethra for 7 months, Dr Nikolavsky and the team at Upstate took over and began to correct the problem. They first got the infection that was raging in me under control. Then Dr Nikolavsky performed a urethraplasty that removed the necrotic tissue and replaced it with healthy tissue. He then implanted an AUS to return my continence. It was a long road to recovery but I went from absolute misery to a happy, healthy life. Dr Dimitriy Nikolavsky is a rock star in my opinion!

I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Teeter. I know all the doctors at Northtowns are good- but she is exceptionally thorough and caring. She seems to carefully weigh each test or treatment to see what is best for me in the long run.

Dr. Rosenthal, has been my neurologist for over 9 years, he is the best and most compassionate doctor. Prior to becoming Dr.Rosenthal’s patient my migraines where being treated with epilepsy medicine and other unorthodox medications causing horrible symptoms. His dedication and commitment to my well-being changed that and my migraines where now under control, allowing me to get back to my regular life. However a few years later I was diagnosed with a prolactinoma brain tumor, and the GYN that informed me of my diagnosis was not only crude but uncaring informing me that I would have to follow up with a Endocrinologist but there was no vacancy until 5 months after the diagnosis. I once again visite Dr.Rosenthal and within 48 hours of my visit he was able to secure an appointment with an ENDO and my road to recovery began. Last month I visited Dr. Rosenthal once again because of weird and debilitating headaches that blurred my vision. He once again took it upon himself to communicate, research, and help me get better. I’m still under his treatment but extremely confident that I will overcome this recent hurdle. If you are looking for the best neurologist in the tri state area look no further Dr. Rosenthal is the best!!!!

Patrick worked long and hard to not only find me the right car, but to get me financed. I wanted a sporty car, he helped me to understand traveling back and forth from RI to NY weekends and holidays, especially in the winter, probably wasn't the best idea.
