Dr. Shetty's name should be Dr. Shitty!!!!! He is the most unprofessional and rude doctor I have ever been to. I went to Woodland Hills Medical clinic on a Sunday with a burning throat and I could barely speak. Dr. Shetty barged in and didn't even introduce himself. His first words were "What are you allergic to?" He wasn't even speaking at a normal volume. He was yelling. All confidentiality was out the window because the whole office could hear everything he was saying. He didn't test me for strep throat and he didn't even look into my mouth. All he did, I kid you not, is poke me in the face and ask me if it hurt. He also asked me if I had a headache, which I did at that point because he was yelling so loud. Every time I tried to talk, he would yell over me. I asked him if he could prescribe me something for the pain and he prescribed me Motrin at a dosage that I could have gotten over the counter. He also prescribed me a medication that I told him I was allergic to. When I expressed my concern he told me that he was giving me such a low dosage of the medication that I shouldn't have a problem with it. TELL ME WHY I BROKE OUT IN HIVES, DR. SHITTY!!!!! This appointment lasted about 7 minutes not including the time it took for one of the nurses to barge in the room to yell at Dr. Shetty for prescribing the little 7-year-old girl he saw before me horse pills instead of liquid medicine and him writing a new prescription for her. TELL ME WHY YOU BILLED ME $399 FOR A 45 MINUTE APPOINTMENT, DR. SHITTY!!!!! Please don't waste your time and hard earned money on this thief that will only frustrate you and make you feel worse.

I have seen many mental health doctors over the last 20 years. DR. Arellano is the best. He wants to help fix my issues, not numb my emotions with medications so I can actually deal with my problems. His office is like walking into my own home. I felt comfortable the first time I walked in. It is none judgmental, calming happy place. His staff is wonderful and very helpful. When its a little rough he is available to talk and if he can't help he will make sure you have the resources to get the help you need. When it comes to mental health being comfortable, feeling safe and listened too it a very big deal. I have never felt like what I was saying wasn't heard like most other Doctors I have been too. I am there to fix and learn how to cope with my trauma. That is exactly what I am finally able to do. I am so very grateful that there are doctors like him out there. I recommend him to anyone that needs mental help he will help or get you to someone who can help. If I could rate him higher then a 5 I would! He is a top notch Doctor 100%!!

Highly recommended visits to his office is always a pleasure the staff is very professional and Knowledgeable. Dr Alpern is an outstanding Doctor he puts you at ease with his easy going personality and answers any questions you may have and his work is outstanding. My surgery and recovery was pain free. This was first visit. I was extremely impressed with the personality of the whole staff. They are very outgoing and helpful. I was having a problem and they got me in in one day. That’s unheard of in this area. Dr. El-Gerby is an awesome man. Scheduled test for as soon as tomorrow. Wow. He is very knowledgeable and shares his knowledge with you. I have a few health problems and he suggested some things that might help. Again, you can’t go wrong with this team. Thank you Dr. El-Gendy.

THIS DR IS AMAZING. TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME, AND TO THIS DATE IS STILL ON TOP OF MAKING SURE I TAKE ALL THE TESTS SHE PRESCRIBES, LAB WORK, AND IS VERY CARING AND ALWAYS VERY BUSY...SHE WORKS EXTREMELY LATE, BUT WILL NOT LEAVE UNTIL SHE SEES EVERY PATIENT. TAKES HER TIME TO MAKE SURE EACH PATIENT UNDERSTANDS AND REVIEWS THE FILE WITH THEM. HER STAFF IS AND HAS BEEN WITH HER FOR A LONG TIME, AND UNDERSTANDS THAT SHE IS AND WORKS VERY LATE AND NO COMPLAINTS. WOMENS HEALTH IS NOT EASY, AND VERY COMPLICATED.
