Dr. Humbert performed my hip surgery 3 weeks ago yesterday! Pre-op & intra-op and post-op courses all went very well. I was treated with kindness and promptness throughout the process. The best thing though is that I had no complications. That speaks to Doctor Humbert's team having outstanding skill technically, intellectually, academically and emotionally when one needs a hip replaced to have a much improved quality of life! Returned last year to Tuscaloosa and was looking for a good MD.....Found one at Internal Medicine Associates....Dr. Ellison....I have been very satisfied with his professionalism..he asks me if I am having any problems....makes sure I am up with my shots and my prescriptions.....but most of all, he is easy to talk to and is eager to answer my medical questions....that makes me very comfortable....I would highly recommend him to any of my friends....

Dr. Maahir Haque at Celebration Orthopaedic and Sports Injury is a rare find. After five years and several surgeries elsewhere, Dr. Haque took on my complicated case and actually cured my pain! He listened carefully to me, answered all of my questions and put me at ease from the start. His expertise and skill in minimally invasive back surgery are a Godsend because I woke up from surgery and literally, the pain was gone. I couldn’t believe it, but I’ve never felt better. His Physician Assistant, Amere, was a delight to work with and answered any additional questions or concerns. His Nurse, sweet “Ari” (Arrixarell,) was on top of everything and kept me informed each step of the way. Dr. Haque and his team are so professional and personable, I honestly felt like their only patient and I would highly recommend them and Celebration Ortho. to anyone who needs surgery for back and related pain. They offer the real solution and my family and I are truly grateful.
