I have been trying to figure out my diabetes for years. At first, I believed she was a great doctor, but as I'm wanting different options, I'm starting to doubt her. What she says in person versus what she writes in clinical notes don't match. She doesn't accurately portray my desires and concerns in her notes either, which makes me seem like a stupid, uneducated patient. She writes that she suggested a treatment but never mentioned said treatment to me verbally. She failed to list reasons for requesting medication changes. It feels like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde situation. I've considered recording conversations so that future doctors will know the truth versus what's in my records. I have messaged her and her supervising MD regarding my concerns. If they are addressed properly, I will gladly change my rating and review. If not, I will be finding a new primary care doctor for both my daughter and I.

This doctor being a part of a rehab clinic has massive control issues doesn't listen and makes judgmental comments. There's a quote under his picture on the website saying that he enjoys helping his patients and in reality he just enjoys bossing them around judging them and wreaking havoc over their medications and whether or not they can obtain them. I'm done fighting this heartless quack!!!

Nice n caring physician who helped me until my car broke down for 8 weeks and I was hurting in my neck and spine tremendously and was calling. N. I was shocked when she said that. n. My older brother had just came by then. To hear what was said over the phone and he said that was crazy. Yes it was n. Mean. I'm disabled due to back problems and neck problems 5 bulging discs and deg disc disease and rheumatoid arthritis and Fibromyalgia. N. Sciatica nerve problems are around a disc. Got. No. Referral to a specialist or any other medical professional advice from them. Just. Good luck with your life and I said thank you. I have been told to call the AMA. N. This doctor cares more about his fees than his patient. I made an appointment with this doctor as i had to change my pcp. When i made the appointment i was told that this doctor was in my network when i got to my appointment they wanted to charge me the out of network co pay.i told them that i was running out of my medication i asked if they would accept the in network co pay as this was there mistake. They would not work with me so i could get the medication that I needed. Do if you are thinking of using this doctor think again.

when Doctor Nelson arrived, 10 minutes late, He shook my hand (about 5 inches from my body) and said," What are you here for." I had, of course, told the nurse and her notes were on the computer screen in front of the doctor. I started to say I was having urinary symptoms when he started to read my concerns. He said, "I see you have nocturia, and weak stream anything else?" I said, "yes I have the symptoms listed for BPH. What are those other symptoms?" He said, " No, that's not how this works. You tell me what your symptoms are." I I said," Ok, I'll look them up on my phone." He then stood up and said, "I'll be back when you know what you're talking about." He then left the room. He returned about 7 minutes later and said, "are you ready to talk now?" A bizarre thing to say since I was talking when he left the room. I showed him the list of symptoms listed for BPH and said, " Listen, you must understand I'm very embarrassed and frightened to be here. I didn't want to forget anything because of that." Dr. Nelson was looking at the ground and repeating yeah, huh hu, yeah. I said, "oh wow, you're not listening to me." He said, "I don't think this is going to work out." I got my coat and walked out of the office with Dr. Nelson yelling as I left the office.

Joseph is a lazy, incompetent boss. He rewards laziness and incompetence. He would rather play with his phone or his butt crack than actually do his job. Working for him has been easy. We don't do much other than watch him screw up. We spend most of the day making up reasons to go to the store for parts or something. Leaving early is easy to do because no one cares. I'm going to enjoy this free meal ticket until I find a better job with better pay and career advancement opportunities. Joseph ain't going no where for a while.

This dentist is horrible, no bed side manner. I have ask her to look at a certain tooth every time I'm in there, and she just won't do it!! Tells me ”next time, we’ll have to do it another time at a check up” she's rude and condescending!! Stay clear if this witch!!

I wrote an essay on abortion. My stance is anti abortion. In my easy I come paired abortion to murder and a fetus , a baby. I was humiliated in the class in front of all the students. She compared me to a mass shooter and said she was affraid of me. For a month after until I finally wrote the college and complained. I would leave the class room on a break, leaving my backpack and books in classroom, when I wrote back into classroom she would say in front of classroom, " oh, I'm suprised u came back to class." Trying to get me to drop the class. She would dance like a puppet in front of class and displayed very un-approppriat behavior. I later had to drop class because I was devastated by constantly being harassed by teacher and even few students as well. One fellow classmate would act like the teachers body guard, comming from the Marin core, this man constantly treated me like some kind of criminal....including stepping on my back pack, ignoring me and treating like I belong in jail in group Projects! Despite all this unreal behavior in college I tried very hard to ignore n move on but the instructor cathy seversnse and a handfull of students wouldn't let it go. Taking turns in class standing up and say how great a instructor Cathy is when clearly this woman is sick and should not be an instructor. I have documented all claims I have made.
