WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE EVER VISITED. If call you can never reach anyone. Recording says 30 minute wait or leave message....what a joke, after a week still no call. Even other doctor offices can never reach anyone. They must think we have time to wait on the phone. Doctor says I have 22 minutes for patients. REALLY JUST WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR. They keep saying they will do a referral for cardolists & after 6 months I DEMANDED I have a referral in hand before I left. They don't really care about their patients.

Voice mail says they will call....a week later & still waiting. They say we will do a referral. MAKE YOU ASK WHAT YEAR. We have been told multiple times we referring you to a cardiologist...Still waiting after 6 months. I will be dead when they finally get referral. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER!!!!!!!

With the shutdown in March 2020, Mayo closed and Dr. Hook abandoned me; stopping my cancer care. When Mayo reopened, Dr. Hook said he wasn't going to give me certain care he'd promised and I'd die. Mayo and their doctors are known in MN for only caring about profit. Since Mayo shut and its doctors abandoned their patients, and Mayo "had to" care for the poor with Covid, Mayo and its doctors lost much profit. My insurance didn't pay well, so Dr. Hook decided to let me die. When I challenged Dr. Hook's decision, he retaliated by forever banning me from Mayo Clinic. The MN Dept of Health told me that Dr. Hook's and Mayo's actions were "morally wrong" but legal in MN. MDH said that Mayo and its doctors are known for turning away and neglecting patients. The Commissioner's office of the MN Dept of Human Services told me Mayo's known for banning patients. I think Dr. Hook took advantage of this to punish me for complaining.Stay away from Dr. Hook and Mayo if you want to get well and live.

In response to my initial contact, within minutes, he called me 3 times with updates and a next day appointment with Dr. Bieniek, an expert urologist on his staff.

Nice n caring physician who helped me until my car broke down for 8 weeks and I was hurting in my neck and spine tremendously and was calling. N. He never got on the phone n on the day of my appointment by. Phone. The nurse said that I had to be there for a med count. I had no. Way. But I have a car now. But the nurse. Ashley sd. We are dismissing you bcuz you didn't show up after I told her that I could not walk. N. Had. No way there. Earlier that morning. Well. I thought my dr was going to get on the phone. my appt was at. 2.40 PM. Instead. Ashley a nurse sd. good luck with your car shopping and the bank. Good luck with your life. I was shocked when she said that. n. My older brother had just came by then. To hear what was said over the phone and he said that was crazy. Yes it was n. Mean. I'm disabled due to back problems and neck problems 5 bulging discs and deg disc disease and rheumatoid arthritis and Fibromyalgia. N. Sciatica nerve problems are around a disc. Got. No. Referral to a specialist or any other medical professional advice from them. Just. Good luck with your life and I said thank you. I have been told to call the AMA. N. Medical board on this type of treatment. But before that. He said he knew that I hurt. He. Had the. New. MRI. N. I only met him once and the other appt was by phone bcuz of covid. I have called back wanting to see my. Discharged paperwork and sd. The truth is I. Had. No. Car. Etc. But I never received any thing from them. He was caring. While he was operating n. Opening a. New office. Daniel McCollum even tod me over the phone how great they are. He owned the lab with this dr office and after they. Helped me 5 x. N. My. Car broke down and I had no way. N. Cut my med. In. Half. Too. It was like ok. We are establishing new patients and partners again and we have enough to say. Bye to you. Lady. That's exactly what it feels like. 2* bcuz at 1st he was caring and in a few weeks after that he was not able to get on the phone and talk to me about my condition and my health problems so. MJP Family dental has been trying to collect money from us for a cleaning they never did. We don't even know this dentist. His name is Dr Katz. They have been harassing us for payment for a service they didn't do. A previous dentist that used to own the business did the cleaning. MJP Family dental coded the claim incorrectly and our insurance rejected the claim. MJP Family Dental would not resubmit the claim to our insurance company. They sent us to Collections because we wouldn't pay the bill. We are not paying it because it was covered 100% under our insurance. They refuse to resubmit the claim with the corrected TAX ID number. Yes we have been in contact with them but they just want money from us not the insurance company. And then they continue to call us to pay this bill after they turned it over to Collections. Carmen Epstein called after this account was turned over to the Collection Agency. That is not even allowed!! Pretty sad that they feel the need to do that to older people. We ALWAYS paid our bills. Never been turned over to Collections. This was in August of 2018. It's now 2 And a half years later and they need to get it together! Something not right is going on!

Due to Dr.Wegner's inability to properly evaluate and recognize the mental health issues and abusiveness of my ex-husband he now gets more time with our children. I would NOT recommend her to do any parental capacity evaluations, very poor at recognizing abusive tendency's and advocate for children safety.

In most experiences seeing a new Dr. on a first visit (is like an interview) to see if Dr. is suited for our individual needs and situation. It can be a difficult task to find that right doctor but I must say I love Dr. Al-Hamwi, he was so helpful and informative about my health issue at that time, he is very compassionate and caring Dr. (that's hard to find these days). I would recommend him (as I always do) to anyone. Everyone in our community know him and speak highly of his treatment and care, and of course his joking personality. I give him 5 stars *****
