Dr Lopera works hard to maintain my health, to secure my body's highest quality, and to encourage me to do all I can to achieve my aim which is to have a long lasting, healthy life. Dr Lopera oversees a very professional office staff. They are each high quality and highly competant. Dr Lopera povides transportation to his office for patients who do not drive. I am one of them. I will be relocating in Spring 2019 and I wish I could take this practice with me.

Blatant Disregard Nov 6, 2018 I have never in all my 37 1/2 years of constant pain have I ever been treated so poorly with such cold blatant disregard. He said he would help he had no intention of helping. Far more interested in getting me there for 3 appointments and collect his fees he prescribed the incorrect amount of medication that I have been taking this is a reduced dose that is matter of record and can be verified. Dr Tapia is self center I think the term is self verified. He was far more interested in implanting a pain device, at a high fee I would guess. Upon learning that I have hypersensitive nerve endings I could not use his device he did not prescribe the remaining amount in a partial script as promised. He made me wait 5 days dodging my calls leaving me on hold for 39 minutes disconnected the call, I called back a 15 minute return call was I promised they would return my call after talking to the doctor they never returned the call. I asked if he was not going to prescribe as promised please tell me now, 2 calls later the office finally admitted he was not going to prescribe as promised on Oct 24, now on Nov 6th after 5 days of calling and waiting they could have told me sooner I could have seen another doctor in that time and not run out of medication. I did get appointment in 3 days with a new doctor but I'm out of medication upset in more pain from this experience. 9 back surgeries both hips replaced, my knee was damaged with hip replacement, shoulder pain and more. This man could care less how much pain I am in, He never examined me didn't even look. The office twisted my words as if this was my fault that I didn't understand I'm not foolish. I found a new provider. I’ll no longer be seen by Dr. McGuigan /Sentara Hand Surgery Center. Dr. McGuigan spoke to me like I was ignorant. Constant replies of “I do not understand what you are asking.” when there was no way to not understand. He was very rude. I even drew pictures to get him to answer my questions. He still replied with “I do not understand what you are asking.”. I have memory issues. So he kept repeating the medical terminology when I asked if a miracle occurred and my nail began to grow from the “nail matrix”, would it be able to attach to the nail bed and be able to grow out. He kept repeating “germinal nail matrix”. I said ok, will it grown and be able to attach to the nail bed? He said “I don’t understand your question.” What???? I drew a picture from a side view. He still couldn’t understand my question. There is no way he couldn’t. He finally said, “your nail will never grow. There is no germinal nail matrix left.” My nail is now over an 1/8” longer than it was at the time of the accident. It’s been 7 weeks. I wouldn’t go to him because he’s rude. I would give him credit for his knowledge, if he would share it and not be like Fort Knox with it, but share it. Be kind to your patients. They appreciate that. Also don’t keep implying that they are ignorant by constantly correcting their medical terminology. We’ve not been to med school. If we point and say, right here where the nail grows out of at its very point of growth, don’t keep repeating “germinal nail matrix”. That’s rude. Answer their questions instead. Be kind. Don’t imply that they intentionally caused the accident by calling it self inflicted. If you hear someone committed suicide, they call that self inflicted implying an intentional act. Accidents happen. I tend to think he was treating me this way, because he thought the accident was caused by stupidity. FYI, accidents do happen. Please treat your patients kind. The accident was traumatic enough without you adding insult to injury.

Dr. John C. Amann, M.D, F.A.C.S practice is Neurology and Neurosurgery Associate, P.A. in Winter Haven. FL. I went to Dr. Amann for a herniated disk in lower back. First visit saw P.A. said I would need to see Dr. Amann. My visit with Dr. Amann was to explain what he would do during surgery. He advised if given the shot it would be a 50/50 fix but with surgery it would 90% for complete recovery. I chose to have the surgery and at this time he sat down with us and answered any question my wife and I had. The morning of surgery I arrived at the hospital and checked in. Surgery was to be at 7:30. He arrived early and took me in to surgery at 6:50. I was able to leave by 10:00 to go home and recoup. Dr. Amann called that afternoon to check on me to make sure all was good. I returned to his office two weeks later for a follow up. Did not even sit down in waiting room and was taken back to his office. Nurse check all vitals and walked out of room and Dr. Amann came in within two minutes. He looked at the incision and said it was healing nicely, sat down and talked with us about what he had done during surgery and what to expect for the healing time. He asked if I had any questions and he sat and answered all questions. I saw Dr. Amann once before surgery, day of Surgery and the follow up visit. Not one time did I have to wait to see him. Very courteous and straight to the point. I would recommend him for anyone needing spinal care.

Dr. John Perry performed a fantastic total knee replacement, had me walking in two days and walking without a cane in 30 days. His demeanor and personal interest was second to none. He reduced my recovery time 50% over a previous knee surgery and the pain component was minimal. I highly recommend Dr. John Perry to anyone wishing to reduce the anxiety, pain and down time related to any surgery. His technical skills are excellent and scarring is minimal.

My fiance and I were seeing Dr Mathur for about a year until a false report was filed with the Dept of Children and Families. Dr Mathur in our time of need dropped us like a lead balloon, even though the Judge dismissed the case because there was no evidence against us - Dr Mathur left us without counseling and without medication. It was very hard because we were both prescribed xanax and we had to ordeal with the horrors of withdrawal! She has refused to see us again! I feel she is very unprofessional and I so not recommend her as a psychiatrist!

I had to put things in the order that they happened to me to figure out that the meds she put me on made me sick. She never acknowledged her wrong-doing. She acted like I did something wrong at my very last visit. Definitely never go to her for medical help.

My first visit with Dr.Huntley was 6/23/16. Dr. Huntley is a Doctor that is well balanced, makes a patient comfortable & at ease. There is a doctor by the name of Dr. Asad U. Qamar his business is named ICE and he has offices in Ocala, The Villages, Summerfield, Tavares , Wiliston, FL. He has just closed at least two of these offices due to fraud in the millions and ***ually abusing his female patients in his exam rooms and Rx violations. The banks have foreclosed on him and have charged him with fraud for the transferring of assets to avoid the law. The general public needs to hear about this ***ual predator so I am sending out notice to everyone I can so he will not be able to do to any other female patients what he did to me. Please help spread the word on this bad Doctor. I believe he is planning on leaving the country back to Pakistan. Amy
