Shout out to Dr. Shen MD I was referred to him after 2yrs. of Pain Management& NO Results. The Dr. found my problem , I scheduled Surgery, I received excellent services I was well taken care of , the Dr. explained everything to me so I understood the procedure to be done. The Dr. & stall were so professional, I felt like I was family. Where do you get a physician call you at home to ask how things are going, and to call him if there are any problems. I will be forever greatfull to Dr. Shen, I can now walk without pain and enjoy life. Again Dr. Shen thenk you for everything and your staff as well. God Bless

Stay away from Pain Treatment Centers of America and Dr. Sameer. He almost killed me with a narcotic patch called buprenorphine. Those things will overdose you if you get too warm. I read the package insert and understood what could cause that. But no one in that office mentioned that walking across my yard at 7:30 in the morning would overheat that patch. I no kidding almost died. And the nurse I talked to about it on the phone chewed me out and was rude and wanted it to be all my fault. Blood pressure 83/49 when I got help. I was with PTCoA for 4 years. In that time I had 3 different doctors--not because I chose a different doc (they don't alow you to do that).but because apparently Dr.s come and go at this place....kind of like the way clerks get rotated thru the convenience store. I went thru sudden narcotic withdrawal twice because one of them neglected to authorize my refills. Took 9 days for her to get around to it the first time. The clinic is more interested in selling you the latest product or procedure than doing what is best for you. Over my time w them there were so many mistakes and misdiagnoses. I had to ask myself "why am I putting up with this?" The answer is ...because they give me *** ....yep...that's why. So now I am being treated for opiate addiction and trying to find someone who can at least be responsible with medications. And they hurt me.....Dr Sameer doesn't believe in giving IV sedation for injections....said "it takes too long to take effect and the shots will be over before then." B.S.....Iv sedation is almost immediately effective...what take too long is placing the IV and such....it can save him 10 minutes per patient if he doesn't bother so then he can run an additional 10 patients per week thru the clinic....$$$$$$$. It's all about the $$$$$$. You don't matter. He hurt me. He misdiagnosed my issues. He almost killed me. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away...oh yeah...did I mention STAY AWAY

I'm a physician, so I know that finding a good dentist is very very important. Robin is the most talented dentist I've had in decades. She's smart, fast, and clear. She's not a big schmoozer--if that's what you want to pay for,--but she's plenty pleasant and pleasantly direct. She replaced a crown for me and got it in one take. Dr. Michael Lim operated on a benign meningioma near my brain stem in Jan 2012. I wrote before, but hit the wrong key and it was posted prematurely. I did much research and Dr. Lim answered my myriad of questions before and after surgery. A PHd nurse friend of mine recommended him to me. I am located in Philadelphia, PA and made the decision to go to Baltimore for the surgery. I no longer have electric facial pain. I am a 69 year old female and am active in sports. The operation was 6 hrs in a difficult location at the base of my brain. I could have lost my vision, hearing, balance, and had facial droop and speech problems. I did not. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Lim for saving my life. One other thing--Dr. Lim operates on Tuesdays; the schedule was full for many weeks. He took my case and operated on a 24 hour notice when the operating room was available on a Friday. He had a busy work week, surgeries on his regular operating day, and continued to help me by operating again at the end of a week. There couldn't have been a more positive outcome. Thank you!

Primum non Nocere? Really? I tried three times to get in to see this physician, Hayley Miller, MD. I have never met her to date! In my first visit, she made me wait over an hour... and I left. My second visit, I had to cancel because I was stuck in a business meeting. I booked another meeting. I live 65 miles from the Community Medical Center Clinic at the north end of Missoula.... hour trek. I showed up, filled out all of the extensive first visit paperwork (which was very good, btw) and I was very enthusiastic to see her. I waited 30 minutes. The "nurse" greeted me and we sat in the patient room. Next the nurse (nursing assistant, not a nurse), handed me a certified letter which she claimed they tried to send me. In decades here I have never had "mail delivery problems." The letter stated that because of my "missed" two visits, Dr. Miller would reluctantly care for me for 30 days but not further. I left. This was intentionally mean. I do not recommend this Clinic or this doctor. I hope you have better luck. I am a doctor and I know how I should have been treated. This was sadistic and wrong. This conduct is emblematic with what is wrong in modern medicine. The caring stops at the till and impersonal droids bereft in any human values have taken over.

She literally was the rudest doctor ever, hung up on several times, the discharged me without ant notice for calling her office to many times, which was no more tghen 10 in 5 months , nrmecer explained my condition to me, violated the law by kicking me out without 30 day notice and no referal for treatment
