My initial experience with this neurosurgeon was good. Procedure performed for synovial cyst touching my spinal chord went well. Until...a couple of months later, pain increased in same area. A disc had slipped into the spot where the cyst had been. Because precautions were not taken to insure this didn't happen, anither surgery needed to be done. During this procedure something was done incorrectly, again, and spinal fluid leak started, became infected, resulting in ANOTHER surgery to 'clean out the infection'. Meanwhile, he continued increasing my medications to help with the pain. (Looking back at what he had me taking, I probably should have died from an overdose.) Infection continued to worsen. The pain became unbearable! Dr. Nazar said, 'Well, there will be pain while healing.' I couldn't sit, stand, or lie down without a ripping, tearing pain. I thought I would die. My final MRI he ordered showed the infection had gotten into my spine - the bones. It's called osteomyelitis. I've never experienced pain like this in my life! When his nurse practitioner told me over the phone what this was, I almost fainted. I told her I couldn't take this anymore and wanted a new doctor. I wouldn't send my enemy to this man or his nurse practitioner. If you need anything with your spine, go to Dr. Jeffrey Gum, Leatherman Spine Institute. Just do your research.

Why have they built this hospital out of reach of 84% of their clients? There are no GP services in the Northern Rivers other than suspicious GP practices operated by uneducated white South Africans , Ukrainians and Italians. Whose idea was it to close the conveniently and accessible Tweed Valley Hospital and move it from Tweed Heads to Cudgen? It has increased the morbidity and mortality by 28%! They merely needed to refurbish the Tweed Heads Hospital at a mere cost of $25 million. What a tort of taxpayers money! The catacomb of the new hospital and the reduction in general medical, surgical and consultation services is that significant - it makes the new hospital redundant!

Yes: They are providing all agencies including intelligence agencies with exposure training at the expense of the rights of patients - to all manner … we do not like Ukraine; South African white, coloured and black; Zimbabwean black and white; USA California and Texas; Laos; Sri Lanka and Lebanon and recently Crimean - believing they can threaten patients. We have comprehensive CCTV warrants- High Court involvement at Tuckeroo duly noted. He is that vulgar - spitting snot in wash basins shared by both patient bodies! Unbelievable. Could they shut down mental health units and provide the suicide tablet to families instead. Redirect the budget allocation to general health screening care instead?

I have found them to be incompetent. Their professional lives are that laid back and irresponsible… we are unclear as to why they need annual leave for holidays. They are on a permanent holiday. Send them to assess new migrants from war torn countries with complex post-traumatic stress - that is where my taxes would prefer to be spent. Then deport them all - just for Pollyanna - wearing flowers in their hair to turn up to a mental health unit - not actually addressing the real and pragmatic needs of patients: Housing Employment Medical Care Pharmaceutical Care Human Services Financial Support Transportation Support Instead- they are sitting around eating chocolate cake and stealing money from clients locked up personal effects. Filth all of you! Clinically depressed after loss of wife to cancer!

I let Dr Parazin at NE Baptist Hospital operate on my neck twice. He caused me permanent nerve damage. He was unaccountable, arrogant and uncaring. A lousy spine surgeon!
