Christopher Eversen, 10000 No. Main St, Richfield, UT

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Don't trust him with your medication. I told this dr. in E.R. not to give me *** or propofol and in E.R. I was given 3 I.V. doses of *** in E.R., then in surgery suit prior to surgery medication cocktail was discussed with me naming nerve block, anti-emetic, & Versed. But during surgery my now owned hospital records show 4 times the *** was pushed into me during surgery! Liar! He was told by me and I had two friends as witnesses next to me in E.R. that I did not want any ***, not to use it on me. I had a broken bone, was uncomfortable , but no way needed that narcotic the industry likes to push on people. I've had 7 children, that is painful and a narcotic like *** is not given for childbirth. How dare this Eversen D.O. presume that as an elderly female I was to be ignored. Patients have no rights, no matter what federal laws are passed for patient rights, in hospitals, but doctors do as they damn well please to you putting poisons you do not want by force into you. Hospitals kill people, are probably worse to be confined in than prisons.

I am ABSOLUTLEY APPALLED!!! At this Dr's staff a women named Gloria. She was so rude nasty and I was a new patient trying to make an appointment. Her English-speaking was marginal at best. The reason for this post. When I asked her to slow down as she was attempting SHE WAS SPEAKING WAY TO FAST to give me the address with her horrible accent. She got belligerent telling me all I the things I was doing wrong..... And then HUNG UP ON ME . NOT ONCE NOT TWICE THREEEEE TIMES!!!! I DID not use foul language I did not belittle her she needs a dose of how to. Handle people. I don't know how she even got a customer service position. This Dr. Came highly recommended, however the only reason I am keeping this appt. Is to go in there to have this Dr. Make her give me a public apology. I can not EXPRESS how disgustingly inappropriate she behaved. She needs to go back to school and learn how to trrst people with the utmost respect and patience . If she can not handle a front desk job in a small practice, that Is just terrible. WE ARE IN AMERICA. THE FIRST LANGUAGE IS ENGLISH. IF YOU ARE COMING HERE TO MY COUNTRY THAT I FAUGHT FOR U. S. NAVY. AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO NOT LEARN ENGLISH. THEN GO TO CLASSES, DO ONLINE TUTORIALS, OR GET on the 🍌boat the Rio grab bd

At Dominic, Mark Valverde, MD, Jackson, MS

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Mark Valverde, former Psychiatrist at St Domic hospital in Jackson, MS will not 1. Look his patients in the eyes or call them by name, even when the patient asks that he do so. When the patient was in the inpatient area of the hospital, the nurses were unable to reach Dr Valverde by phone or beepers when he was needed for emergencies. The staff appeared to be scared of him. He would not reply when a patient was in distress. Dr Valverde is a psychiatrist. Psychiatrists are supposed to look at their patients in the eye and offer understanding. He was unable to connect with his patients. It was a shame he was chosen to work with the most vulnerable of patients. I left with the lowest opinion of his communication skills, his lack of compassion and he had an air of being better than others. His choice to not respond to calls from staff calls was malpractice. Dr Valverde would not look the patients in the eyes. It may behoove him to work in a lab or do research. Psychiatry must encompass compassion. Dr Valverde had no compassion.

St Vincent's, Dr. Rho Zhu, Birmingham

Rating: 1 out of 5.

He misrepresents himself by claiming to be a neurologist when he's actually an internist-and it shows. He can barely speak English and he's been practicing for 4 years. His responses consist of "hmmmmm", regardless of what you've said or asked. It seems like he has an alcohol or drug problem because he is not completely coherent and is very forgetful. He misdiagnosed me and it almost cost me my life. While I was in the hospital he constantly criticized my PCP (which is totally unprofessional and ridiculous) when my PCP was the one who actually discovered and treated the problem upon discharge. Stay away from "Dr." Zhu. He is a complete disgrace to St Vincent's and everything they claim to stay for and support. Disgusted and disappointed-I'll never go back to St Vincent's because of his gross negligence and failure to follow the standard of care.

Dr. Howard Chasolen, wood st. sarasota fl.

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Follow-up After Talking With A Former Worker “ Dear Dr. Chasolen. As you know with all the discussions that we had, hopefully you can understand of my long and odious dental journey that you help put me on , and surly you knew that I had the expense of a total cost to me- starting from the university's cost for $14,000.00 plus Dr. Mish's cost of $11,800.00 and the $37,595.00 to your office ,and to date I have not a single red cent of receiving anything in workmanship nor any money back from you. plus the new cost of $27,000.00 for me to completely start all over again with another dentist, and yet another dentist to correct all of the mistakes at a cost of $29,000.00 so now with a grand total cost of $119,395.00 In all to me. I can not conceive how you must feel, of you departing an 81 year old veteran of $37,595.00 and stalling this case of my going back and forth to your office for two years, and aprox.30 visits at 80 miles per. visit -totaling over 2,500 miles and in very early morning travel (6:00 Am and on several return trips in heavy 5:00 Pm traffic as well) I think in all fairness, I was concerned of you having to pay a fee to the lab in California that you used. -and I offered to sign an affidavit to them in stating that the ten times that they could not get their work right, and that we were not going to accept the unit- as I didn't want them to charge you for the shoddy work that they were doing-time after time, and you said not to worry- as it's being sent back to them, and that they would then realize that you would not be charged at all for it, so instead you were able to keep all the money that I paid to you. I recently met a former worker of yours at the mall and I was told that all your office workers really felt bad for what you were putting me through- and how awful for what you did. I am asking at this time- in all fairness- again- if you would honor a financial adjustment for me ,as if I received a total completion of the work that you started- and if you didn't receive any money – I am sure it would not be fair to you- if you successfully completed my case, and not being paid, you would not like it. You did offer me any models , molds or anything that I may have needed for a new dentist, but I was told that dentist don't really want to use other dentist plans and case items. Please give me a call, an email- or perhaps to meet, and as I mentioned before "that I don't have sour grapes with you" and would be pleased to meet with you if you prefer. I would like to make mention of the $7,000.00 implant cost of Dr. Scott's implant crown- plus the initial cost for you to remove the crown ,as the lab could not line up their work with it, and in all fairness it was damaged at your office by your assistant that chipped it while trying to remove the temp. “Surprising for the two years of my treatments at your office ( you probably worked on my case for about 3 solid hours if any” And that is why it was a total failure, as you did not show any interest for the very complicated case that you stated -when you made me make payment of the $37,595.00 in full long before any work was ever done. You stated to me that it would be better if we removed that $7,000.00 crown to make the lab do their work with less effort, But you charged me $3,000.00 to remove the crown that was chipped at your neglect to removing the temp. unit correctly in the first place. and in closing I did spend an awful lot of unnecessary money- "and I thank God" for not having that additional cost when you sent me to your friend Dr. Ferris- who wanted a ridiculous amount of money for an unnecessary gum graft- and for the sum of $20,900.00- and Dr. Mish laughed and said that I did not need any such gum graft, and the cost to me from your friend Dr. Ferris to tell me of that,- was an additional charge to me for $200.00 Respectfully . Dr James D'Alise, Oak brook, IL

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Avoid Dr. D'Alise and his Oakbrook Center for Dental Implants at all cost! Review his history on line first, I wish i had before getting ripped off and still having missing teeth. Dr. D'Alise has several complaints and license suspensions for incomplete and shady medical and billing practices according to numerous internet complaints and the better business bureu. I had one implant in December 2017 which failed and was promised to be replaced at no cost, it never was. I had two inpalnts in March 2018 that were never completed. Since the Dr retired without notice it never will be and he ran off with my money. Be ware though the office is still open and under his control. No effort to contact me or complete the work has ever been made. After contesting the charges through master card, I was informed that the Dr. was reached for a reply at which time he lied and stated that the work had been completed and no refund was due. I am out $7500 and still have no teeth. I now have to start over and pay twice. RUN RUN RUN and please tell everyone you know not to go near this guy. I am currently discussing felony charges for fraud with the Oakbrook police as well as speaking with a lawyer to file class action law suit against Center for Dental Implants toassist others who were defrauded.
