Total waste of time and too expensive. Prices are very high! They keep changing the list of required documents and then their price went up. We wasted weeks and in our case, timing was very important. I do not recommend them or their lazy and expensive appraiser. They take advantage of minorities especially if you have an accent.

Becareful. Stankova works part-time at a clinic in Mesquite and in Rockwall. Time to fleece the suburbanites and thin out the population.
