I am ABSOLUTLEY APPALLED!!! At this Dr's staff a women named Gloria. She was so rude nasty and I was a new patient trying to make an appointment. Her English-speaking was marginal at best. The reason for this post. When I asked her to slow down as she was attempting SHE WAS SPEAKING WAY TO FAST to give me the address with her horrible accent. She got belligerent telling me all I the things I was doing wrong..... And then HUNG UP ON ME . NOT ONCE NOT TWICE THREEEEE TIMES!!!! I DID not use foul language I did not belittle her she needs a dose of how to. Handle people. I don't know how she even got a customer service position. This Dr. Came highly recommended, however the only reason I am keeping this appt. Is to go in there to have this Dr. Make her give me a public apology. I can not EXPRESS how disgustingly inappropriate she behaved. She needs to go back to school and learn how to trrst people with the utmost respect and patience . If she can not handle a front desk job in a small practice, that Is just terrible. WE ARE IN AMERICA. THE FIRST LANGUAGE IS ENGLISH. IF YOU ARE COMING HERE TO MY COUNTRY THAT I FAUGHT FOR U. S. NAVY. AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO NOT LEARN ENGLISH. THEN GO TO CLASSES, DO ONLINE TUTORIALS, OR GET on the ðŸŒboat the Rio grab bd

Dr. Fein knows her stuff. I tested positive for five tick-borne infections. She is well versed in treating them all. She doesn't mince any words, but I trusted her completely. It's been more than ten years since I was considered "infection free" and I now receive Medicare benefits (it took a long time, but a judge finally awarded them).

Dr Fein is a godsend!! She always brings me to remissions. She truly treats the WHOLE person and goes above and beyond. David is also a very very hard worker and he is wonderful. 'You have cancer' are some of the most frightening words you will ever hear. And like me, you'll probably see a local surgeon & ask him/her just to get this tumor out of you. But there is NOTHING more important than getting a second opinion!!!!. I asked Dr Camal a lot of questions & felt like she was speaking at me, not with me & not answering my questions. After 3 months of test after text & a likely double mastectomy, I went to Sloan Kettering where I had a lumpectomy only for the left breast!!! Remember once you go into the operating room there is no going back so seek out another breast surgeon and get a second opinion please.
