Amber Hairford, King, NC

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Doctor Hairford and her nurse Megan are inexperienced. Please beware if you are Medicare!!! I am saying the Medicare part, because prior to my annual physical, Megan told me that I could not ask Dr Hairford any questions. During my pap, Dr Hairford caused me more pain than I have ever experienced, had spotting for more than three-days and increased lack of bladder control afterwards!!! During my exam, Dr Hairford referenced my health insurance, asking if I had supplemental insurance... I paused before answering because I was trying to understand "what is supplemental?" Then I realized she assumed that I was a Medicare patient... I responded, "no! My husband still works so we have insurance!!!" I needed to convey my concern to any possible new female patients who are thinking about making an appointment at Mountainview Medical located in King, North Carolina. Please avoid this Novant location... You will be talked down to as though you shelved your brain when you turned 65!!!!

Leslie Lemeke, 500 Hgwy 89, Prescott, AZ, 86301

Rating: 1 out of 5.

This Dr. gives anyone an attitude if things don't go her way. She does not help veterans and don't care to, she thinks we are problem children. Her RN LPN and front desk helpers will through away paperwork and info from the patient to be relayed to the Dr.. Not professional at all, and, WHAT A ***!

Dr. Michael Kowalczyk, 3960 Patient Care Dr., Lansing, MI, 48911

Rating: 1 out of 5.

PATIENTS BEWARE— 10+ YEARS! DRS. NO ETHICS/PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING STAFF & DRS. BEWARE—10+ YEARS!DRS. NO ETHICS etc., INCLUDING STAFF & DRS. Dr. E. Wheeler & all 3 owning Drs. after 10+ yrs. of care, just dropped me b/C her receptionist of 20 yrs lied when I explained to her the steps I was ordered to follow by my Dr. to protect me from CV-19 exposure b/c MI Law, required me to personally pick up a script at the Dr. office.Receptionist didn't like to deviate normal protocol, thus retaliated against me & lied. No disrespect etc. on my part. The Dr. dropped me & never investigated or fired receptionist for lying. No other reason. This same incident happened twice--again at time of next refill. Unfortunately I didn't report 1st incident at the time. One of their own patients was a witness.I have no recourse but to lose my Dr. I'm 65 years old & the Drs. policy is if a patient is dropped, no other Dr. in the huge practice will see you--blackballed. I know they didn't investigate b/c I had witnesses both issues. She/they never tried to contact me--just mailed a letter. Office Mngr believed. She offered to put me with a Nurse Practitioner. I have complex med. issues & need someone with more extensive knowledge & practice time. Office itself has issues otherwise. Can't recommend. They were 100%UNPROFESSIONAL, INHUMANE, UNETHICAL when most needed. My doctor knows me better than to have believed I would do anything out-of-line or disrespectful. All this & NO DOCTOR during a worldwide Pandemic. Unbelievable from beginning to end of this nightmare. After all these years they didn't give me the common curtsey to ask me what happened, as ‘their patient’. I never owed even $1 to the practice—ever. The 3 Dr.s that own the practice are also aware there is ‘a situation’, but know nothing of the truth. They won't take time to learn the truth or deal with their responsibIlity. They need to be reminded that their first obligation to their patients is to 'Do No Harm...' It never crossed my mind that they would need to be taught to 'CAUSE No Harm'. PATIENTS BEWARE.
