Gagandeep Randhawa, 5777 W Maple Rd #180, west bloomfield, MI, 48323

Rating: 1 out of 5.

The office visit was fine and Dr. Randhawa seemed to have a good bedside manner. But her office is worse than a Third World operation. Getting it to call in my mom's multiple drugs was a nightmarish experience not just once but twice. THe doctor had to find the American equivalent of the Indian drugs my mom was taking. THe first time around, they called in the drugs to the wrong pharmacy, on the wrong birth-date and got her BP medicine wrong (she ordered a medicine without the diuretic combo). It took an hour-long futile visit to her clinic, dozens of calls and countless hours to get everything straightened out. The second time, I called twice and texted twice before getting any response. Finally, when I did, I actually texted a written list of all the drugs my mom needed to avoid any confusion and then went over the list with her assistant, hoping to avoid a repeat of the first time. No such luck. They again did not call in the diuretic and the baby aspirin. (One other med that I thought that they had not called it turned out the pharmacy could not dispense for two weeks.) ANd getting them to rectify that mistake during the holiday week ended up being an exercise in abuse and humiliation. Folks, do yourself a favor and find another doctor. This one is not worth it. She takes no responsibility for her mistakes and knows only how to point fingers at everyone else.

Dr. William Cook, 2402 atherholt rd, Lynchburg, VA

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Doesn't care about the patient and there needs while pregnant! Asked for several test to be done and nothing gets done! When he finally gets around for testing, tells u results will be in a certain day and that someone would call with results and never heard from them, even after about 10 calls to the office, all u get is lies on why they cant take ur call and that ur call would be returned, and never does!! Still waiting on results after 2 weeks and they have had results after 3-4 days of test! Staff does nothing but lie to get u off the phone! Wouldnt recommend Johnsons Health for anyone... 2402 Atherholt Rd, Lynchburg

John J. McGuigan, 844 Kempsville Rd., Ste 104, Norfolk, VA, 23502

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I found a new provider. I’ll no longer be seen by Dr. McGuigan /Sentara Hand Surgery Center. Dr. McGuigan spoke to me like I was ignorant. Constant replies of “I do not understand what you are asking.” when there was no way to not understand. He was very rude. I even drew pictures to get him to answer my questions. He still replied with “I do not understand what you are asking.”. I have memory issues. So he kept repeating the medical terminology when I asked if a miracle occurred and my nail began to grow from the “nail matrix”, would it be able to attach to the nail bed and be able to grow out. He kept repeating “germinal nail matrix”. I said ok, will it grown and be able to attach to the nail bed? He said “I don’t understand your question.” What???? I drew a picture from a side view. He still couldn’t understand my question. There is no way he couldn’t. He finally said, “your nail will never grow. There is no germinal nail matrix left.” My nail is now over an 1/8” longer than it was at the time of the accident. It’s been 7 weeks. I wouldn’t go to him because he’s rude. I would give him credit for his knowledge, if he would share it and not be like Fort Knox with it, but share it. Be kind to your patients. They appreciate that. Also don’t keep implying that they are ignorant by constantly correcting their medical terminology. We’ve not been to med school. If we point and say, right here where the nail grows out of at its very point of growth, don’t keep repeating “germinal nail matrix”. That’s rude. Answer their questions instead. Be kind. Don’t imply that they intentionally caused the accident by calling it self inflicted. If you hear someone committed suicide, they call that self inflicted implying an intentional act. Accidents happen. I tend to think he was treating me this way, because he thought the accident was caused by stupidity. FYI, accidents do happen. Please treat your patients kind. The accident was traumatic enough without you adding insult to injury.

Ashwani Srivastava, 4305 W Wheatland Rd, Duncanville, TX, 75237

Rating: 1 out of 5.

This is a horrible doctor. No compassion for his patients. My grandfather suffers from heart failure and dementia. He was just released from ICU in March and I moved him into my home. I am establishing care with all new specialists in Dallas. My grandfather had a virtual appt. with Dr. Ashwani today. This was the first appt for my grandfather. Dr. Ashwani started off by being very rude to my grandfather because my grandfather couldn’t remember his current health issues due to his dementia. I always assist my grandfather with his memory and I only minutes earlier confirmed with the doctor’s MA that Dementia was in the grandfather’s chart. Dr. Ashwani tells my grandfather, you should know this, it’s your health. This comment embarrassed my grandfather. I also had to continue to repeat the fact that my grandfather was in ICU in South Carolina. Then he tell my grandfather not to drink water. I have never heard of a doctor telling a patient not to drink water. The hospital, primary care physician and Cardiologist wants him to urinate to keep the fluid off of his heart. My grandfather has a pacemaker and heart failure. He almost died 2 months ago because there was fluid collected on his heart and caused his heart to stop. I attempted to inform Dr. Ashwani of the reason why all of my grandfather’s doctors are telling him to stay hydrated. Before I could give any info, the doctor cut me off to say, “he’s on a water pill, what do you think a water pill does?” The fact isn’t, my grandfather is not getting enough fluid out of his body hence the reason why he drinks water. This doctor is extremely rude. This was a very horrible experience. I want a doctor that cares about their patients. His therapy plan for my grandfather could mean life or death. I don’t want someone that does care either way. This doctor also had the nerve to stop in the middle of my grandfather’s visit just to have a long discussion with his MA about another patient while in front of the camera.

Dr. Herbert Ludwig Saint Jean, 2034 Randolph Rd., Charlotte, NC

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I would not recommend Dr.Saint Jean of Midtown Dentistry, 2034 Randolph Rd, Charlotte, NC. A simple routine procedure went terribly wrong and will cost me more money to have repaired at another dental office. I noticed on his profile he received some dentistry training in Haiti. Wondering if this provided him with the proper foundation to build his future training on. In this business a dentist cannot make mistakes. Period. His work is not consistent.
