Bought a brand new 2017 Honda Crv exl in just under a week the air conditioning went out. My parents being senior citizens were stuck driving 2 hours in 105° and Norm reeves Honda has offered no support as with a rental for them to take back. Now they are forced to drive a dangerous car back because they need to make a doctor's appointment with no help. Normsreeves Honda operates exactly like the airline companies that have been in the news.

I went thru a violent sexual attack a few months ago. Dr. Lee sent a letter to me claiming I missed several Dr. Appts. I checked, I was n the hospital at the time & he knew it. He had been coming to check up on me at the hospital. I told him, I would find a new Doctor ASAP but asked him to refill my non-narcotic medicine. He did refill it but cut the dosage in half. SO NOW I AM ALMOST COMPLETELY UNABLE WALK TO BUT JUST A FEW FEET AND I'M SERIOUS .PAIN!!! I WILL BE TALKING TO AN ATTORNEY ABOUT SUING HIM FOR FAILURE TO TREAT AND LEAVING ME UNABLE TO WALK. THIS IS A PROMISE DR. LEE

I am ABSOLUTLEY APPALLED!!! At this Dr's staff a women named Gloria. She was so rude nasty and I was a new patient trying to make an appointment. Her English-speaking was marginal at best. The reason for this post. When I asked her to slow down as she was attempting SHE WAS SPEAKING WAY TO FAST to give me the address with her horrible accent. She got belligerent telling me all I the things I was doing wrong..... And then HUNG UP ON ME . NOT ONCE NOT TWICE THREEEEE TIMES!!!! I DID not use foul language I did not belittle her she needs a dose of how to. Handle people. I don't know how she even got a customer service position. This Dr. Came highly recommended, however the only reason I am keeping this appt. Is to go in there to have this Dr. Make her give me a public apology. I can not EXPRESS how disgustingly inappropriate she behaved. She needs to go back to school and learn how to trrst people with the utmost respect and patience . If she can not handle a front desk job in a small practice, that Is just terrible. WE ARE IN AMERICA. THE FIRST LANGUAGE IS ENGLISH. IF YOU ARE COMING HERE TO MY COUNTRY THAT I FAUGHT FOR U. S. NAVY. Dr Bhat is a great doctor. She cares about patients. She has great memory about the patient's situation discussed last time. She knows very well about the patient's health history, at least maybe she prepared before coming into the room to see the patient. She has good suggestions about handling different health situations. As a family doctor, she refers patients to specialists in time for special situations!

I was found doctor Bawa from goggle and I was read his reviews and I thought he’s best doctor but I was wrong He is very rude doctor and he not care about your pain. if you have surgery he will help you otherwise he not pay attention to your problem. After 3 times to see him nothing helps on my pain then finally he told me we can’t help you anymore because you don’t have a surgical problem . If you looking for someone to care about your pain, find another doctor.
