Sprained my ankle and broke big toe in July 2017. Saw Dr. Chase in August as referred by ER. Started PT in Sept. as per his orders. More pain in Oct. than the initial injury and getting worse. I told him there was something really wrong in the ankle and requested MRI. He said to wait another month and work on getting out of the boot with PT. Still no progress in Nov. and more pain in new places. More swelling. Again asked for an MRI, but told me to wait. Dec. he finally referred me to a specialist, who did MRI right away. I had 3 completely severed ankle ligaments, sesamoiditis, lots of scar tissue, and stress fractures from boot/PT in 4 of 5 toes. Needed total ankle reconstruction, tendon repair, and debridment! Will be in a boot/crutches for more than a year from this mistake, and in a brace for another 6 months or more after the boot. Dr. Chase doesn't listen, and thinks patients don't know their own body. Terrible experience! Do not go to this doc!

This is an extraordinary dental surgeon that we Hamptonites r blessed 2 have here. I have had a decade of urgent surgeries with him that have had perfect results..And during the procedure-- No Pain Whatsoevr! He evn speeds up the healing process n while keeping the pain 2 a minimum. 4 true, I have traveled 7, 000 miles, holding off a drama surgery until I arrived home 2 Southampton 4 Dr. Peter Nelson 2 perform. Dr Raj went above and beyond with the treatment I received ! I had not been to the dentist in 4 years I have a cleft pallet and wear a Prothsis which has caused so much damage to my teeth ! With out the Prothsis I am not able to talk and I must take it out for treatment which I have feared and have not felt comfortable with in the past ! Dr Raj took me in as a new patient with emergency services I had a abscess tooth as well as needing 4 rootcanals and 6 caps on top of that as I mentioned the Prothsis has decay all around my top teeth around the gums many cavities needed to be taken care of which appearance was not to good ! Dr Raj immediately took care of me even with my condition made me feel no differant I received a follow up call after each procudure I had , which tells allot of his care treatment ! Not being able to put my prothesis In for several weeks during my treatment with rootcanals and caps I could not speak this was horrifying! Dr Raj made sure all was done in a timely manner and done to perfection which I still am highly impressed with and reffer all my faimly and friends to . The cavities I had numerous of Dr Raj treatment was very impressive he matched up color to perfection .From Dr Raj outstanding talent you have in your work ! With all his work and going above and beyond I am now able smile with confidence !
