James F. Loomis, Jr., 5100 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, Suite 401, Washington, DC, 20016

Rating: 3 out of 5.

Barnard Medical Center is a good primary care practice in a convenient location. My provider is knowledgeable and my health is improving, so I'm grateful for that; however, I have noticed some of the staff knowingly engaging in an ongoing series of unprofessional behaviors. As a result, some patients have taken their business elsewhere, yet few staffing changes are made; that is to say, the office could be managed much better.

Dr. C. Alexander Moskwa, Jr, 325 Princeton Ave., Princeton, NJ

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Great Doctor! Very kind, professional, and takes time to answer any concerns or questions. If you have an emergency his office is very prompt with appointments. Never had a long wait at any of my appointments.

Gary F.Ciambotti, 511 courtyyard drive bldg.500, Hillsborough, NJ

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr.Ciambotti is a very good doctor I have been using him for about 20 years maybe longer ,He explains everything he going to do and why and in away that you totally understand it. He or someone from his office will get back to you if need be to go over your procedure ,he also will go over the results of your procedure that day before you leave .He listens to what you say so that he can get a better idea as to what maybe wrong with and he is a very nice person. Florida Hand Center, Dr. Stephen L. Helgemo, Jr, Fort Myers, FL

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I was sent to Dr Helgemo for a workers comp. injury. He has no people skills. After doing surgery he snapped "That's impossible" when I tried to tell him the finger wouldn't bend. He ignored 2 Physical Therapist recommendations that I needed a silver ring splint. He refused my begging for a silver ring splint, stating it was an unnecessary expense for the insurance. After a year of suffering with the finger not bending, and after writing my attorney complaining about Dr. Helgemo I was ordered to return to him. He had obviously heard of my complaints. He actually listened and examined hand. He 'suddenly' found that a slight pressure at the base of the finger would allow me to consistently bend it. He recommended I buy myself a regular ring and wear it. After a year of suffering I now have partial use of the finger. I strongly recommend against ever using this doctor. [

I started writing down one thing at the end of every day — what I actually managed to do. Not a to-do list, not plans. Just one small win. It's surprising how quickly it shifts your perspective.

An interesting analytical compilation of cryptocurrency platforms, reviewing over 50 projects. They compare licenses, staking conditions (bonuses), withdrawal fees, and the number of supported coins — from Bitcoin to altcoins. There's a dedicated section on platforms with instant transactions and minimal verification. I’ve saved it to keep my finger on the pulse of new tools.
