I have seen many mental health doctors over the last 20 years. DR. Arellano is the best. He wants to help fix my issues, not numb my emotions with medications so I can actually deal with my problems. His office is like walking into my own home. I felt comfortable the first time I walked in. It is none judgmental, calming happy place. His staff is wonderful and very helpful. When its a little rough he is available to talk and if he can't help he will make sure you have the resources to get the help you need. When it comes to mental health being comfortable, feeling safe and listened too it a very big deal. I have never felt like what I was saying wasn't heard like most other Doctors I have been too. I am there to fix and learn how to cope with my trauma. That is exactly what I am finally able to do. I am so very grateful that there are doctors like him out there. I recommend him to anyone that needs mental help he will help or get you to someone who can help. If I could rate him higher then a 5 I would! He is a top notch Doctor 100%!!

Highly recommended visits to his office is always a pleasure the staff is very professional and Knowledgeable. Dr Alpern is an outstanding Doctor he puts you at ease with his easy going personality and answers any questions you may have and his work is outstanding. My surgery and recovery was pain free. THIS DR IS AMAZING. TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME, AND TO THIS DATE IS STILL ON TOP OF MAKING SURE I TAKE ALL THE TESTS SHE PRESCRIBES, LAB WORK, AND IS VERY CARING AND ALWAYS VERY BUSY...SHE WORKS EXTREMELY LATE, BUT WILL NOT LEAVE UNTIL SHE SEES EVERY PATIENT. TAKES HER TIME TO MAKE SURE EACH PATIENT UNDERSTANDS AND REVIEWS THE FILE WITH THEM. HER STAFF IS AND HAS BEEN WITH HER FOR A LONG TIME, AND UNDERSTANDS THAT SHE IS AND WORKS VERY LATE AND NO COMPLAINTS. WOMENS HEALTH IS NOT EASY, AND VERY COMPLICATED.
