Have been a patient of Dr. Razzak's for approximately 15 years. I have great confidence in him and his office staff. Usually in and out in a timely manner and I appreciate his attention to each patient. I feel he listens to what your concerns are and addresses them. He is also my husband's doctor. We both we both would recommend him.

If I could give ten (10) stars to Doctor Barry Boden I would have gladly do so. I have Called several Orthopedic Doctors due to crucial pain on my neck back and right shoulder and arm to get an emergency appointment with no success I called Doctors Boben's office at 20500 Seneca Meadows Pkwy Germantown Maryland a soft spoken stuff member placed me in a brief hold and was able to get me in to see Doctor Boden. The pain was unbearable. I was taken to his office and was greeted by a wonderful nurse that took me to the ex-ray room , a warm and well mannered ex-ray technician took ex-rays and walked me to the examination room. In a few minutes Doctor Boden came in looked though my medical history in detail examined me and listen very patiently to my complains. The Doctor explained the reason of my pain and the symptoms answered every question I had. His unlimited medical experience and diagnosis stunned me. He gave me a couple of shots comfort me with his kind words and scheduled me for a follow up in a week, he asked me to call him if the pain continued , after making sure that all my questions were answered he ***ed me out. His bedside manners and concern about my health condition had stunned me. I have seen a lot of Doctors in the past fifty years but I have never experienced this genuine concern and good care that I have received from this "Miracle" Doctor and his stuff. Now I am pain free and blessed with a great Doctor. I recommend Doctor Boden and his staff very highly to any one that is seeking for a great Orthopedic Doctor. I am dying because of Dr. LaVille. I saw this man for twelve years. I never missed an apt. for anything. About four years ago I questioned a growth on my check. He dismissed it as me chewing on my cheek in my sleep and offered to make me a set of night guards. I told him that he made me a pair two years ago. Then he said, well maybe your crowns need contouring. On my last visit to his office, I asked him to look at the growth on my cheak. He said,"that is nothing to worry about." One month Later, I was told at MD Anderson Cancer Center, that I had about a year to live and that it would be a hard death. I chose to do life extension Chemo and radiation at the same time to try and save my life. Now I'm in palliative care therapy. Keeping me comfortable until I dye. Many other doctors who treated me after doctor LaVille were shocked at his gross negligence to biopsy such a large tumor. I would not ever recommend this man who practices dentistry. I wouldn't even refer to him as a doctor.

when Doctor Nelson arrived, 10 minutes late, He shook my hand (about 5 inches from my body) and said," What are you here for." I had, of course, told the nurse and her notes were on the computer screen in front of the doctor. I started to say I was having urinary symptoms when he started to read my concerns. He said, "I see you have nocturia, and weak stream anything else?" I said, "yes I have the symptoms listed for BPH. What are those other symptoms?" He said, " No, that's not how this works. You tell me what your symptoms are." I I said," Ok, I'll look them up on my phone." He then stood up and said, "I'll be back when you know what you're talking about." He then left the room. He returned about 7 minutes later and said, "are you ready to talk now?" A bizarre thing to say since I was talking when he left the room. I showed him the list of symptoms listed for BPH and said, " Listen, you must understand I'm very embarrassed and frightened to be here. I didn't want to forget anything because of that." Dr. Nelson was looking at the ground and repeating yeah, huh hu, yeah. I said, "oh wow, you're not listening to me." He said, "I don't think this is going to work out." I got my coat and walked out of the office with Dr. Nelson yelling as I left the office.

They seem to have extreme difficulty managing time and they seem very insensitive and callous. I am an established patient and my wait time are hours. Just this past December at waited appox. 2.5 hours and when the nurse finally came in the patient room in the back she said the wait could still be an hour or more and I'm an established patient. I told the staff I couldn't wait any longer I was in too much pain, headaches and especially, having had several recent surgeries. So, I had to leave. Now, turned around an immediately billed be for a "No Show" of $50 dollars. I spoke with the billing department see real times and explined tge situation but the collection activities persist. What reasonable, caring, fair-minded physician's office would persist in such persecution after putting me through what they did. Just aweful!

The quality of the food has declined lately. At other Bojangles when we pay for our food the receipt offers a free sausage biscuit for rating the restaurant. The store in Sevierville, TN does not recognize this free offer. I was disappointed to see only a few older individuals in the restaurant and 2 of them complained about their orders. Very disappointed. We will not ever be returning to this store. They definitely need to shape up or close their doors.

DR Garden is the best dentist I have ever been too. His entire staff are so polite and kind and knowledgeable. I needed 2 serious exstractions removed due to my neglect. DR Garden explained the whole procedure to me in terms that I understood and never felt that I was being scolded or talked down too. His personality is up beat and friendly, and his dental skills and knowledge are superb. I am so happy to have been recommended to DR Garden's practice. D. Calabrese, Maryland

Dr. Kuhl has been my family physician for 10+ years. Until recently I had never experienced the belittling, talk down to your patients as I had often heard he could be. Not only did he refer to me as being incoherent, (which I wasn't) but he become so verbally abusive that by the time the exam was over, I left the exam room in tears. My recent for the unplanned visit was due to a fall I had experienced on a Saturday night and again on a Sunday evening. Because I had been diagnosed with thinning bones 4 years ago and subsequently prescribed medication for the condition, I have been especially careful have how I walked, slowing down my stride, and given up horse back riding. The falls I took placed great stress on my joints, hips, knees, and lower back. Long story short, the good doctor has lost a patient for good. I will never allow this person to examine me again. I will never use East Tennessee Medical Group again. The treatment I have received from this group since reaching my 62 birthday has been less than stellar. No one deserves to be treated in such a mean, hateful and cruel way, especially when said patient was in excruciating pain, could barely walk, and exhausted due to lack of sleep. I considered filing a review with the state medical board, but instead decided to post a review on this site first. I will pray in earnest that someone on the medical review board will eventually conduct a review on Dr. Kuhl's unprofessional conduct toward his patients. I know I'm not the only patient he has treated so poorly. My uncle was also a patient of his a few years ago and was subjected to the same type of verbal abuse, lack of caring from Dr. Kuhl. His bedside manner has a lot to be desired. His uncaring attitude, verbally abusive tone is unacceptable. Another incident with this doctor was the misdiagnoses on me in 2013. He kept insisting the pain in my chest, running down my left arm, and shortness of breath was heart related. First off I have no relatives who have ever had heart problems. Secondly, it took two trips to the emergency room and 7 months to get this man to refer me to a gastroenterology specialist. As it turned out my gall bladder was on the verge of shutting down. The emergency room doctor on my 2nd visit discovered the problem and thank goodness he did. Otherwise I probably would not be sitting here filing a review 6 years later. Thank you for reading the post and I hope the word gets out so that no one has to endure what I went through on Monday, November 25, 2019.
