Brought my parents to see Dr. Pugar. My mother is suffering from dementia. Have been seeing another doctor and have not been happy. Never giving us a straight answer or helping us figure out how to help her deal with this horrible disease. He was very kind and talked to us about what to expect and what to do with her to help her thru. Took his time to make sure father understood and what to expect in the future. Didn’t leave until he made sure we had no more questions or concerns. Was nice to have someone actually care about not only my mother but also tried to help us with what to expect.

Great Doc; very attentive and pleasant. This was my first visit and I am so glad that my PCP referred me to his office.

The doctor is excellent. The office policy is not right to drop you when you miss 2 appointments. I need my doctor. I wish they would let me have one more chance.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla, one beef supreme burrito and six crunchy tacos, with the extra cheese option for the tacos. The burrito turned into a supreme taco with sour cream and the tacos had about half the NORMAL amount of cheese. This has happened before here. Next time I’ll try victors in XENIA.
