Put braces only 8 up teeth in stead of the mouth which caused the bottom teeth crooked. Didnot provide or asked to wear retainer after removing braces which caused crooked up teeth later. I had to paid to see other orthordentist to make a retainer. Charged insurance for the whole mouth and retainer which didn't do. Denied committed fraud. You must avoid at all cost . I can't get money back. She burned all records . I hired lawyer to sue her but I didn't have any records because I trust her. I didn't asked for contract or receipts at all. You may say why I am stupid but that's the price I paid for trust her. She is very sweet talking. Be awared!
