The only reason I gave them one instead of a zero was that the staff was fairly friendly. But in a coal clinical type friendly. I made an appointment for tooth pain. I was told they would not do the filling for me or even give me a temporary because I couldn’t do an $850 cleaning first. So I was sent home after x-rays and examination with nothing done. I called back to complain what I thought was there on corporate of I called back to complain what I thought Was the corporate office. And it turned out I was talking to the same girl at the same office. Which told me she did not have time to hear my complaints. Even though I had told them when I made the appointment when I arrived and put on the paper that I was there for tooth pain. She became angry and told me that she would override the cleaning i was the corporate office. And it turned out I was talking to the same girl at the same office. Avoid Dr. D'Alise and his Oakbrook Center for Dental Implants at all cost! Review his history on line first, I wish i had before getting ripped off and still having missing teeth. Dr. D'Alise has several complaints and license suspensions for incomplete and shady medical and billing practices according to numerous internet complaints and the better business bureu. I had one implant in December 2017 which failed and was promised to be replaced at no cost, it never was. I had two inpalnts in March 2018 that were never completed. Since the Dr retired without notice it never will be and he ran off with my money. Be ware though the office is still open and under his control. No effort to contact me or complete the work has ever been made. After contesting the charges through master card, I was informed that the Dr. was reached for a reply at which time he lied and stated that the work had been completed and no refund was due. I am out $7500 and still have no teeth. I now have to start over and pay twice. RUN RUN RUN and please tell everyone you know not to go near this guy. I am currently discussing felony charges for fraud with the Oakbrook police as well as speaking with a lawyer to file class action law suit against Center for Dental Implants toassist others who were defrauded.

WARNING: I do NOT recommend this doctor! He took $23,000.00 from me to cap my teeth and within 16 months I had issues. He said in writing in a text, he had no idea what was wrong. Several years later I have lost all my top teeth and need DENTURES! He now says I should have come back for a cleaning, yet he cleaned my teeth when I was there and it is a 5-10 hour drive to his office. I have my teeth cleaned every three months by a periodontist 10 minutes away. Three dentist, an internist, an oral surgeon and periodontist who I all see regularly, all agree the work should not have been done and big errors were made. “Holistic Dentistry,” that Mr. Edwards advertises, is NOT recognized by the American Dental Society and now I know why! ….BE CAREFUL.

Awful dentist! She's a butcher not a dentist. Her license should be revoked to practice dentistry. Save your teeth, your time, and your money by going to someone who actually knows what they are doing. She does procedures in which she is NOT qualified to do instead of sending you to specialists. Thinks she is the best and can do no wrong. TRULY THE WORST DENTIST EVER!
