Dr Davia is the kind of dentist you can call on in case of any dental emergency and he'll be there able to help. If you need an injection you can bet you won't feel a thing. Also he has the best front office staff.

We waited for half an hour then Woman refuses to look up my insurance though Ford Motor. She said I'm too busy and it's not part of my job. Woman with curly hair has sign sitting on counter as you check out, sign says "please excuse me I'm too busy pretending I'm working". My children won't be back there. She finally looked it up when we went to get my children records, says they aren't in network. Well she did her Damn job as we was leaving. This is beyond unprofessional. Every woman in the front office acted like I was commiting a crime because we wasnt issued a dental card. To my knowledge we have never been issued one.

Had appointment today with Dr. adeebs Akhtar. I never saw her. All I saw was a nurse. I’m 74 have seen many doctors over the years. This is the first time I had an appointment & never saw the doctor. Very poor service. All they do is refer me to 6 different places. Is this legal for a doctor that to visit with their new patients?

IF THERE ARE DENTIST OFFICES IN HEAVEN..THIS OFFICE IS A PIECE OF HEAVEN ON EARTH..STAFF ARE ALL ANGELS AND THE DENTIST HIMSELF HAS A DELIGHTFULLY WARM CAREING PERSONALITY AND THE MANOR IN WHICH THE PROCEDURES ARE PERFORMED IS A DIRECT REFLECTION OF THE DENTIST AND THE STAFFS PERSONALITIES SMOOTH CALM AND COLLECTIVE..THANKS FOR MAKING BOTH MY EXPERIENCES SMOOTH AS BUTTER AND I HEALED PERFECTLY FINE..EAGERLY GIVING THIS DENTIST OFFICE TWO THUMBS UP!!!ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

Dr. Lo and the hygienists are excellent, however we will be finding a new dentist after many years. Each time I have been to the office, over the years, I have waited 7-10 minutes without exception. I had not ever complained about this wait, as we knew that we would be having a high quality experience. We had a family emergency and were running approximately 10 minutes late on March 4th. I called to tell the office. I was told that I would have to reschedule if I would be any more than ten minutes AND the next appointment would be available in September!!! I asked the office clerk to have the dentist call me and she refused. I told her to them tell Dr. Lo that she has now lost two patients, as my daughter and I were both to see her today. She seemed unconcerned. I did not want to kill myself and race to get there, just to be turned away if we were to be 11 minutes late!!! What a shame, as we loved Dr. Lo. If you are reading this, and know Dr. Lo, please ask her to read this. There is NO other way to forward a complaint to her and I feel that she should know. I would imagine that we are not the only patients who might have run late and were offered a rescheduled appointment in 6 months. This is unacceptable! Things come up and are unavoidable, at times. It is a shame that her office always keeps us waiting, but could not offer the same courtesy to us, in a family emergency OR AT LEAST offer a reasonable time to reschedule. We will no longer be going there.

Dr. Hamel and his whole staff greeted me with smiles and made me feel all my concerns were important. They were patient, professional, answered all my questions to my satisfaction and I definitely trusted Dr. Hamel’s treatment recommendations. That trust is very important! Sandra Thrash
