Just moved back to PA and researched carefully. Chose Dr. West at Garden Spot Dental. Could not be happier. First visit and cleaning in May. Lost part of tooth and big filling over weekend. They took me first thing Monday and actually got me out in 2 1/2 hours with a perfect fitting new crown fashioned by a machine right in office. Sweet. Love modern dentistry. Excellent support staff and high-end dental assistants. I made the right choice.

Jeffrey Petrina is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I went to get a molar removed and they cracked my $3,000 crown. One week later I came in to have it fixed, they told me they did not have the bonding to fix it. that they would order what was needed and two days later I should be able to have it fixed..... 10 days later I still have not been given one appointment to fix what they have done. They refused to give me antibiotics the first day and pieces of my crown are stuck in my gum. They refuse to help me. They will not call me back. They push the blame on anyone but themselves. I plan to report them to the better Business bureau and to my insurance company. I also fully intend to sue the dentist. I have been an excruciating pain for the last 2 weeks. It is ridiculous that he will not take responsibility for the pain and suffering that he is causing me every single day. Perfect Smile dentistry.

Dr Bobrow put braces on my daughter's teeth 2 years ago. Today they came off. Her teeth came out beautiful. Dr. Bobrow is great and his staff is amazing.

Dr. Pinsk is the best physician I've had in my more than 70 years on earth. First, he is extremely knowledgeable; second, he is very experienced --especially in dealing with seniors. He has "seen it all" and is able to interpret one's symptoms into finding the deeper cause of a problem. Third, he listens well and solicits the information he needs to treat the patient. Example- today he saw my wife who was experiencing fatigue, leg pain, and other symptoms such as an elevated blood pressure. Dr. Pinsk concluded the real problem was an adverse interaction from a new prescription that interfered with existing blood pressure meds. Less experienced doctors may have missed that and thus would have ordered a battery of tests that were unnecessary. Dr. Pinsk has a deep wisdom developed over decades from his knowledge of medicine and experience of treating hundreds (probably thousands) of patients. Thank you, Dr. Pinsk!

I was told I needed to have my crown removed due to some type of inflammation tin the back of it. An impression was taken, the crown was drilled off. The Dr checked the area out. No filling was made. Another impression was taken. A temporary was placed over it, until the new crown comes in. My original crown wasn't broken. What was the purpose of this procedure,

Dr. Kaplan is an endodontist with many years of experience in the field. Despite his busy day, he disrupted his schedule to treat my emergency root canal infection. He is friendly, humorous, calm, and mindful of making me feel comfortable and pain-free. He works with great assurance and patience. My visits to his office were very positive experiences.

MJP Family dental has been trying to collect money from us for a cleaning they never did. We don't even know this dentist. His name is Dr Katz. They have been harassing us for payment for a service they didn't do. A previous dentist that used to own the business did the cleaning. MJP Family dental coded the claim incorrectly and our insurance rejected the claim. MJP Family Dental would not resubmit the claim to our insurance company. They sent us to Collections because we wouldn't pay the bill. We are not paying it because it was covered 100% under our insurance. They refuse to resubmit the claim with the corrected TAX ID number. Yes we have been in contact with them but they just want money from us not the insurance company. And then they continue to call us to pay this bill after they turned it over to Collections. Carmen Epstein called after this account was turned over to the Collection Agency. That is not even allowed!! Pretty sad that they feel the need to do that to older people. We ALWAYS paid our bills. Never been turned over to Collections. This was in August of 2018. It's now 2 And a half years later and they need to get it together! Something not right is going on!

:To Whom It May Concern: I was told by the advice from the VA- because of my substandard care that I received from Dr. Chasolen for the two years of a total nightmare, and being totally departed of my hard working sum of $38,000.00- and not having any of the work sent back to me- as I requested on several occasions- just to prove that it was in fact sent back to his discount dental lab in California for the total credit of any money that he paid to them- as he told me when he was sending it back - and telling the lab that it was a totally failing bridge unit- as he explained to me stating that we would receive any and all of the money that was paid to them. Dr. Chasolen then changed his story when he abandoned my treatment plan- that he again failed and could not put together the so called new plan with a new local lab to redo my work, he instead stated to me that the work was not sent back to the California lab- and as a result he was charged for the lab work of the failed unit, I then asked that he please send me all of the so called work that never was not sent back to the lab- and to please send it to me "to prove to myself that it was sent back to the lab and that he in fact did receive all of the money back" The dentist that finished my work even asked Dr. Chasolen for very important information pertaining to critical info. that was needed to complete my work with the new dentist but Dr. Chasolen never answered the request as it was obvious that a lot was being hidden from my substandard care that was provided with the treatment plan that I had for two years with Dr. Chasolen- and so very little was ever provided from Dr. Chasolen himself- other than the time and failed attempt that he made -trying to fix a chip that was done by his work on a $7,000.00 implant crown- even though i agreed to remove the chipped crown and let the lab have an easier time for the unit they were making, "low and behold Dr. Chasolen presented me with a $3500.00 bill to remove the crown that he had to remove because of the negligence in chipping it in the first place. To date my option that I am contemplating is to take out a reverse mortgage on my home to pursue a civil case- and try to get my $38,000.00 back and whatever merit of loss that a 80 year senior veteran would be entitled to for the two year night mare that I received while in treatment with Dr Chasolen.
