Requested to have 3 teeth extracted. Haluska wanted to repair. During the repair cracked one tooth in half and never let me know the repair would include taking out the old filling. If I would have know this I would have not gone witht he repair. Then on the other two teeth he repaired there was extensive decay on the top between the two teeth. He did not take a proper xray to determine this and reapired the bottom of these teeth. Months later I went in because of pain and discomfort and eventually these teeth have to be extracted. $1,000 later and the teeth had to be extracted after I paid to have them repaired. High fees to perform the work thinking he can repair teeth when they are not repairable. More ways to get more money for him and the office. When approached about working something out he did not want to discount anything. He only knew one thing...Get all the money I can get.

I flew from Philadelphia to Vegas to have 3 times for consultation and 2 surgeries in Dr. Tollestrup's Henderson surgical suite (which he owns.). He talked a big game, and I was so elated after his exam when he said he could help me, I actually began to cry. The first surgery seemed to go ok, but he said I required a second surgery down my leg for the pain to go away. After the second surgery my calf swelled to bigger than my thigh. I contacted the office and after a week, I never heard back, called again, another week goes by and I decide to message Dr. Tollestrup directly. He tells me that I'm lying about my leg, and that I never called because his staff would've told him and that if I wasn't any better, I must be lying, and HE doesn't have these problems. After this, I began to recall that the Facebook groups that he uses for his marketing promptly removes any negative comments or struggles that people were having. He only lets the positive stuff come through. This is so deceiving, as people get excited to see all these great results. There is now a support group for the people he deceived and has hurt through his actions. The side dr Tollestrup 'fixed' is worse than ever. I fall on that side all the time, and I have little strength in it. His fragile ego has no room for things not to go as he expects. Such a shame that a doctor like Dr. Tollestrup ruins hope for people like me. To be told by a doctor that I am LYING because his surgery went horribly wrong was devastating after everything I have been through. I waited awhile to post this because I didn't want to act out of malice, but what Dr. Tollestrup did to me was consequential for my life, and EXTREMELY unprofessional. After I asked Dr. Tollestrup to STOP contacting me, he continued to harass me via text message. I still have all the text messages saved from 702-506-5462 and they are SHOCKING.

Did not have a good experience more than 3 times. I kept going because he is our family dentist. My family (immediate) did not have a problem with his service. Me on the other hand and a family friend both have. He cut my lip during a tooth filling and during the procedure he noticed it and neglected to inform me of a chunk of my lip missing. I noticed my injury when I got in my car. I confronted him about it and he acted as though he never seen it before, other perfectly fine teeth have been altered by him to fit his filling on other teeth, he continued to work on my tooth after I notified him that I was in pain (the medicine that he administered did not numb me completely). All of this has happened over the course of 5 years. Least to say I do not have any good ratings for him and this time I will not go back, neither will my family after seeing the injury to my lip and the fact that he was not considerate. If I could give him a rating lower than 1 I would. I am not a bitter ex-client, I am a client that has endured unnecessary treatment, lack of care, and injury over and over again and hope that this does not happen to anyone else.

Dr. Ruffolo did a total revision Hip arthroplasty on my right hip on Oct 17, 2017. Surgery went great and I was released from hospital in two days. Dr Ruffolo spent considerable time with me post op and each day I was in the hospital to insure all was well with me. This was a remarkable change from my initial surgery on June 2, 2017 when the performing surgeon did not come see me at all either post op are the 2 days I was in the hospital.

WARNING: I do NOT recommend this doctor! He took $23,000.00 from me to cap my teeth and within 16 months I had issues. He said in writing in a text, he had no idea what was wrong. Several years later I have lost all my top teeth and need DENTURES! He now says I should have come back for a cleaning, yet he cleaned my teeth when I was there and it is a 5-10 hour drive to his office. I have my teeth cleaned every three months by a periodontist 10 minutes away. Three dentist, an internist, an oral surgeon and periodontist who I all see regularly, all agree the work should not have been done and big errors were made. “Holistic Dentistry,” that Mr. Edwards advertises, is NOT recognized by the American Dental Society and now I know why! ….BE CAREFUL.

John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, was charged with making false statements, concealment of material facts and falsification of a record or document tied to a failure to report more than $15,000 in cash, casino chips and other gifts from contractors. The Justice Department announced the charges on Wednesday, accusing him of “accepting, and sometimes demanding, extravagant gifts from a group of contractors and subcontractors who worked on the project he was overseeing.” As the indictment notes, Windom was aware of the rules regarding reporting gifts and receipts, per training for officials. “An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law,” the Justice Department said in its release. In 2018, the 10-year contract was awarded to Cerner (now known as Oracle Health after Oracle acquired it). Windom was appointed as Executive Director of the Office of Electronic Record Modernization in 2017 and helped supervise the VA’s choice of Cerner for the contract. According to the grand jury indictment against him, Windom used his position to take money and gifts from a group of business executives from information technology and consulting companies who were contractors on the project. According to the indictment, Windom allegedly called them “the Power Group.” Windom used his role to “encourage, monitor, and facilitate contract and subcontracting opportunities for members of the Power Group, related and unrelated to the EHRM project.” Windom was allegedly given payment in everything from cash, to $8,200 in Louis Vuitton gift cards and $1,800 in casino chips. He was also given a High Efficiency Particulate Air, or HEPA, filter worth $631. The indictment also accuses Windom of using his position to “coerce” payments and gifts from others. Per the indictment, Windom “repeatedly reminded Power Group members to remain loyal and directed them to maintain confidentiality and their relationship with him.” In one message at the start of 2020, Windom messaged Power Group members, telling them that “loose lips sink ships.” Windom’s initial contract was extended, and in 2022 he was reassigned to serve as deputy director of the Federal electronic Health Modernization Office, a joint VA and Department of Defense project. Nine years after the modernization effort started, the Electronic Health Record program is used by only a handful of VA sites, with the program hit by glitches and usability issues. The VA paused the program in 2023, but is expected to roll out at several sites this year. Windom faces a maximum sentence of over 20 years in prison if convicted on all counts. Primum non Nocere? Really? I tried three times to get in to see this physician, Hayley Miller, MD. I have never met her to date! In my first visit, she made me wait over an hour... and I left. My second visit, I had to cancel because I was stuck in a business meeting. I booked another meeting. I live 65 miles from the Community Medical Center Clinic at the north end of Missoula.... hour trek. I showed up, filled out all of the extensive first visit paperwork (which was very good, btw) and I was very enthusiastic to see her. I waited 30 minutes. The "nurse" greeted me and we sat in the patient room. Next the nurse (nursing assistant, not a nurse), handed me a certified letter which she claimed they tried to send me. In decades here I have never had "mail delivery problems." The letter stated that because of my "missed" two visits, Dr. Miller would reluctantly care for me for 30 days but not further. I left. This was intentionally mean. I do not recommend this Clinic or this doctor. I hope you have better luck. I am a doctor and I know how I should have been treated. This was sadistic and wrong. This conduct is emblematic with what is wrong in modern medicine. The caring stops at the till and impersonal droids bereft in any human values have taken over.

Dr. David Jarosz is the best dr I’ve had in over ten years, he’s intuitive to my needs and acts quickly to establish a comprehensive treatment plan , I immediately received my medications that have already garnered positive results. Every visit is a new positive was short to the point informative even in my weakened delirious state of being this morning Friday the 31st 2020. This man deserves more credit than he may or may not be experiencing. I don’t know what goes on in the medical felid as far as recognition goes but he deserves a raise and recognition none the less. I enjoyed every visit with dr. David Jarosz. And furthermore I wish more mds were of his stature in this field of work. He tested diligently for me to make sure everything was in order . I cannot currently think of an better doctor and hope to continue to see this wonderful man. I don’t like these new general practitioner millennial doctors who don’t understand people and they’re ailments to a point where false transcripts are slipping through the crack so to speak and leaving patients in confused roadblock state of mind just for addressing they’re health concerns. Dr. David Jarosz does not make this mistake . From here to shands Jacksonville to Flagler health a”100 mile radius by the way” I’ve never seen a doctor look me in the eyes and diligently work towards a solution for a patient in need. Maybe he’s one of the last in a dying breed to actually give a dam about his patient clientele base.

This review is specifically for DR. SARA RAMIREZ of Mission Hospital - Mission Viejo and Saddleback Memorial Medical Center- Laguna Hills. My rating would be a ZERO if there was an option. I hope this review will help save some soon-to-be parents from the experience we had. My husband and I are having our very first baby and as a first pregnancy it can be very stressful. This "doctor" was so dismissive about every concern we had and on top of it gave us FALSE and unnecessary test results; stating that our baby will absolutely be born with specific complications. When we asked Sara Ramirez for specifics on the test results, she was unable to give us clear answers and referred us to a genetic counselor. We met with a genetic counselor who was able to explain our test results in a more caring and precise way that made me and my husband less worried and more informed. Our genetic counselor who SPECIALIZES with this specific testing actually told us that chances were not as high or as problematic as the doctor told us they would be. That the test simply showed a non-specific abnormality and that it was too soon to be certain what it was, or if it would even still be there at full term. After talking with this specialist we were relieved! Already hesitant to continue my visits with Sara Ramirez, I figured I would give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking that she was having an off day... I had to schedule an emergency visit with her because I had gotten into a car accident and was hit pretty hard while stopped at a red light. Before talking with her about the details of the accident, she cuts me off, doesn't ask if I'm ok, and the first thing she says is "Oh you're fine, nothing to worry about." This was unsettling because she didn't check me or ask about the details of the accident. (I would have hoped for more care from the person I'm supposed to entrust with the health of my unborn child.) Sara Ramirez then asked how my appointment went with the genetic counselor and I told her that the specialist was very informative with the test results and that my husband and I felt comfortable and more assured moving forward with the pregnancy. Disregarding what the trained specialist told us, she then said, "you know that the test is 99% positive that your baby will have this 'specific complication'". She then continued to speak to me in a very demeaning manner as if I wasn't making the right decision. It was almost as if she was persuading me to get an abortion. I was baffled that this lady was questioning my decision even after I told her multiple times that I was going to keep my baby. This doctor seems more interested in preserving the idea that she is "right" in her conclusions rather than truly caring for her patients. If you want to feel worthless then "Doctor" Sara Ramirez is the perfect doctor for you. Otherwise, please don't put yourself through the same stress we had been put through with her ill-informed, uncaring and un-compassionate bedside manner.
