Dr Patrick K Loftus pulled the wrong tooth, then promised to correct the problem with a dental implant. Which he now will not do and the Syringa office does not return calls, in fact I had an appointment with them and after I drive over 100 miles to them they tell me it was canceled. Also Dr Patrick Loftus made me partials which do not fit and cant be used to eat with and he promised this would be fixed when he did the implant which he will no longer fix.

Dr. Marze is professional, caring, and works with his patients to develop a plan of care for their dental health. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a family dentist. He also has a dental plan to assist patients who do not have dental insurance.

:To Whom It May Concern: I was told by the advice from the VA- because of my substandard care that I received from Dr. Chasolen for the two years of a total nightmare, and being totally departed of my hard working sum of $38,000.00- and not having any of the work sent back to me- as I requested on several occasions- just to prove that it was in fact sent back to his discount dental lab in California for the total credit of any money that he paid to them- as he told me when he was sending it back - and telling the lab that it was a totally failing bridge unit- as he explained to me stating that we would receive any and all of the money that was paid to them. Dr. Chasolen then changed his story when he abandoned my treatment plan- that he again failed and could not put together the so called new plan with a new local lab to redo my work, he instead stated to me that the work was not sent back to the California lab- and as a result he was charged for the lab work of the failed unit, I then asked that he please send me all of the so called work that never was not sent back to the lab- and to please send it to me "to prove to myself that it was sent back to the lab and that he in fact did receive all of the money back" The dentist that finished my work even asked Dr. Chasolen for very important information pertaining to critical info. that was needed to complete my work with the new dentist but Dr. Chasolen never answered the request as it was obvious that a lot was being hidden from my substandard care that was provided with the treatment plan that I had for two years with Dr. Chasolen- and so very little was ever provided from Dr. Chasolen himself- other than the time and failed attempt that he made -trying to fix a chip that was done by his work on a $7,000.00 implant crown- even though i agreed to remove the chipped crown and let the lab have an easier time for the unit they were making, "low and behold Dr. Chasolen presented me with a $3500.00 bill to remove the crown that he had to remove because of the negligence in chipping it in the first place. To date my option that I am contemplating is to take out a reverse mortgage on my home to pursue a civil case- and try to get my $38,000.00 back and whatever merit of loss that a 80 year senior veteran would be entitled to for the two year night mare that I received while in treatment with Dr Chasolen. Not very caring, whistles loud all, the time..(irritating!!).I went to see him in excruciating pain with 2 abscessed teeth, and a swollen face, he proceeded to tap on each tooth in the affected area, and when I jumped and said no!!, he threw his hands in the air and told me I could go somewhere else!!!

This is a wonderful Place!! I was a new patient transferring from another Aspen Dental Clinic. When I got there, everything was ready to go. I had extensive dental work done, and the hygienist was very kind, patient and caring! I wasn't nearly as nervous as I usually am. Please choose Aspen Dental on 1st Ave as your new dental home!

Dr. Kuhl has been my family physician for 10+ years. Until recently I had never experienced the belittling, talk down to your patients as I had often heard he could be. Not only did he refer to me as being incoherent, (which I wasn't) but he become so verbally abusive that by the time the exam was over, I left the exam room in tears. My recent for the unplanned visit was due to a fall I had experienced on a Saturday night and again on a Sunday evening. Because I had been diagnosed with thinning bones 4 years ago and subsequently prescribed medication for the condition, I have been especially careful have how I walked, slowing down my stride, and given up horse back riding. The falls I took placed great stress on my joints, hips, knees, and lower back. Long story short, the good doctor has lost a patient for good. I will never allow this person to examine me again. I will never use East Tennessee Medical Group again. The treatment I have received from this group since reaching my 62 birthday has been less than stellar. No one deserves to be treated in such a mean, hateful and cruel way, especially when said patient was in excruciating pain, could barely walk, and exhausted due to lack of sleep. I considered filing a review with the state medical board, but instead decided to post a review on this site first. I will pray in earnest that someone on the medical review board will eventually conduct a review on Dr. Kuhl's unprofessional conduct toward his patients. I know I'm not the only patient he has treated so poorly. My uncle was also a patient of his a few years ago and was subjected to the same type of verbal abuse, lack of caring from Dr. Kuhl. His bedside manner has a lot to be desired. His uncaring attitude, verbally abusive tone is unacceptable. Another incident with this doctor was the misdiagnoses on me in 2013. He kept insisting the pain in my chest, running down my left arm, and shortness of breath was heart related. First off I have no relatives who have ever had heart problems. Secondly, it took two trips to the emergency room and 7 months to get this man to refer me to a gastroenterology specialist. As it turned out my gall bladder was on the verge of shutting down. The emergency room doctor on my 2nd visit discovered the problem and thank goodness he did. Otherwise I probably would not be sitting here filing a review 6 years later.
