This fat POS was dumped by her attorney for not paying, and drug out the case for months. During the case, it was put into evidence that she, her husband Juan Carlos Olvera, and entire family to include Julian Puga son-in-law are crooks that don't pay rent, get evicted every other year, credit card scammers, identity crooks, insurance scammers, and squatters. Google them.

Hello, I am looking for Paula Polma and Lan Buttery. Today's date is August 11, 2025. I have tried reaching them at their property, which is a gated community called THE PENINSULA, located in Rowlett, Texas. Due to the gate, I was unable to gain entry. Paula and Lan refused to grant me access when I contacted them. I have left 2 written notes at the gate for them to contact me, and I have sent letters to their Rowlett address. Neither has responded. I am trying to resolve this without filing a lawsuit, but I am prepared to take this to court if need be. These 2 ladies owe me over $100,000. I am a small business owner, and they owe me for unpaid commercial lease payments, unpaid utilities, and property damage (they purposely flooded my building and tore up the interior walls). Both are involved in running illicit massage parlors and *** services in the greater DFW area, which I did not initially know. Both have an extensive history of liens, bad debt, and lawsuits. The address they provided me is 150 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett, TX 75089. But, I have confirmed that they also use the following addresses: 175 Peninsula Drive and 200 Peninsula Drive both of Rowlett, TX 75089. The past employment information we found for them is Citadel Broadcasting and Tax Seasons. I retained Joyce in 2019. First retainer was $2,500. Joyce gave me a rough estimate of $4-$5,000 and 6 months to resolve my legal matter. 3 years and $12,000 later, this idiot lawyer is still working on my case. I don't hear from her for months at a time. When I call, it takes 30 minutes to get her to remember who I am. Its like deja vu. I agree with the other reviewers. Joyce is not aging well and her mind is slipping. She is very good at remembering when you owe her money. That's about it. My friends have told me that she is ripping me off and probably charging me for the 30 minutes everything I have to re-explain who I am. Its 2023 and I will be looking for a new attorney. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of real lawyers in Dallas that work at big law firms. Joyce works with a part-time assistant and some young lawyer in training. Not much of a law office or firm, which is why I thought I was getting a cheap deal. Boy was I wrong.

Joyce W Lindauer. I do not recommend her. You would think that since she is a lawyer, she would actually know the law or how to complete basic paperwork. You would be wrong. She totally screwed up my paperwork. After multiple attempts and thousands of dollars, we have to start everything over again because she got the entire process and paperwork wrong. Ughhhh. I am tired of dealing with these dumb, crooked attorneys.
