Dr. Toledo is a wonderful surgeon who cares deeply about his patients. Sounds like something you would look for right? Well I thought so too, but after losing Everything because of an upset and obsessed doctor I’ll think again. Where should I begin? Well he operated on me and I became very close to him and his staff. I even referred him business. I felt apart of his family. Well until a member of it lied and betrayed me because they were ashamed of something that’s not my fault. This was so long ago and you would think they would be over it. No ! Anytime they get a chance to mess with me they will. They are so concerned about everyone’s crimes and wrong doing ( Eryn the former office manager) isn’t it a crime to stalk and harass a dying person? Well typically I would feel intimidated to share my truth but Santa ? Gave me the gift of gab. He gave me a birdie that gave me strength and lots of information that validates everything I knew. So here’s my gift to you . ‘‘Twas the night before Christmas ? and all through the house. Not a creature was stirring not even a mouse. There were no stockings hung on the chimney, no one who cared because the Toledo family wasn’t together finally someone who dared to share. Merry Christmas to all and let’s close this chapter good night.

I retained Joyce in 2019. First retainer was $2,500. Joyce gave me a rough estimate of $4-$5,000 and 6 months to resolve my legal matter. 3 years and $12,000 later, this idiot lawyer is still working on my case. I don't hear from her for months at a time. When I call, it takes 30 minutes to get her to remember who I am. Its like deja vu. I agree with the other reviewers. Joyce is not aging well and her mind is slipping. She is very good at remembering when you owe her money. That's about it. My friends have told me that she is ripping me off and probably charging me for the 30 minutes everything I have to re-explain who I am. Its 2023 and I will be looking for a new attorney. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of real lawyers in Dallas that work at big law firms. Joyce works with a part-time assistant and some young lawyer in training. Not much of a law office or firm, which is why I thought I was getting a cheap deal. Boy was I wrong.

But he still is operating that fake CPA business called Express Tax File Service in Garland. He needs to stick with his fried food stand at Fair Park and stop trying to fool people.

This is a fake VC firm. They don't have a fund. Venture Partners Alex Muse and Molly Cain are liars wasting everyone's time. My lawyer uncovered their lawsuits and fraud. No Dallas law firm we spoke with had anything good to say about Sumo, Alex, or Molly. Roberts Foster, VelaWood, Beckman, Haynes Boone all told us to be cautious before doing business with them.

She moved her office to Dallas, got a new address, changed her website, and now she has a clean slate. All of the negative reviews disappeared. Watch out for this attorney. She has a bad reputation has failed many of her clients. She is an entitled Karen WASP that should not be in business.

He scammed my Mother into buying a junker, overpaid, and a warranty that is totally bogus. He also runs a contracting and remodeling business that scams people, like my Mother. He will use fake logos, fake addresses, and fake letters from fake government offices. Don't trust, pay, or get into any deal with Juan Olvera.

Wayne (Kenneth) Hast cheated my family for over 15 years. He took advantage of my parent's trust and old age. I uncovered ponzi real estate investments, life insurance scams, and many of the real estate and construction companies aren't even in business anymore. They just keep starting companies, taking people's money, selling off the assets to themselves for cheap, and then shutting down the company. Then they do it again with Wayne's help.
