Shyster that thought he could get one over on me and my wife. This young punk will have to do a lot better if he's trying to fool businesses out of serious money. What gave it away? He's an idiot with an accent.

John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, Washington
Another Lenka Stankova hurting the war fighters. John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, was charged with making false statements, concealment of material facts and falsification of a record or document tied to a failure to report more than $15,000 in cash, casino chips and other gifts from contractors. The Justice Department announced the charges on Wednesday, accusing him of “accepting, and sometimes demanding, extravagant gifts from a group of contractors and subcontractors who worked on the project he was overseeing.” As the indictment notes, Windom was aware of the rules regarding reporting gifts and receipts, per training for officials. “An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law,” the Justice Department said in its release. In 2018, the 10-year contract was awarded to Cerner (now known as Oracle Health after Oracle acquired it). Windom was appointed as Executive Director of the Office of Electronic Record Modernization in 2017 and helped supervise the VA’s choice of Cerner for the contract. According to the grand jury indictment against him, Windom used his position to take money and gifts from a group of business executives from information technology and consulting companies who were contractors on the project. According to the indictment, Windom allegedly called them “the Power Group.” Windom used his role to “encourage, monitor, and facilitate contract and subcontracting opportunities for members of the Power Group, related and unrelated to the EHRM project.” Windom was allegedly given payment in everything from cash, to $8,200 in Louis Vuitton gift cards and $1,800 in casino chips. He was also given a High Efficiency Particulate Air, or HEPA, filter worth $631. The indictment also accuses Windom of using his position to “coerce” payments and gifts from others. Per the indictment, Windom “repeatedly reminded Power Group members to remain loyal and directed them to maintain confidentiality and their relationship with him.” In one message at the start of 2020, Windom messaged Power Group members, telling them that “loose lips sink ships.” Windom’s initial contract was extended, and in 2022 he was reassigned to serve as deputy director of the Federal electronic Health Modernization Office, a joint VA and Department of Defense project. Nine years after the modernization effort started, the Electronic Health Record program is used by only a handful of VA sites, with the program hit by glitches and usability issues. The VA paused the program in 2023, but is expected to roll out at several sites this year. Windom faces a maximum sentence of over 20 years in prison if convicted on all counts. "FOLLOW UP" "BEWARE FOR DR. GAUKHMAN & VANESSA'S WORK:" I filed a complaint against Dr. Gaukhman and his assistant with the B.B.B.and his response to the B.B.B. was that I was happy with the shoddy work that his assistant Vanessa performed- and he told the B.B.B. that I was still wearing it for the 11 months of treatment that was a total failure for the two attempts with two different labs that Vanessa used, however in his response to the B.B.B. he stated In the ("copy That I am sending to you as letter #1") that I was happy with their work and that I was still wearing the prosthesis- which is a TOTAL LIE, and letter #2 that I am also sending to you -is a letter from Dr. Larry Dunford stating that the prosthesis is in fact- in Dr. Dunford's possession, and has been since it was removed as not being fit to be used -as also was in the letter from Dr. Dunford that was also sent to you and along with the photos showing exactly what was wrong with the work that was performed by the assistant from Dr. Gakuhman's office. Dr. Dunford was totally amazed to the fact , even though I emphasized to Dr. Gaukhman that the 6 dentist that I got opinions from, all stated that I needed to have only a prosthodontist dentist do the work on me, and certainly not an assistant as Dr. Gaukhman allowed- and not one single time did Dr. Gaukhman ever assist Vanessa's work other than stating that he watches her on a security cameras located in all of the exam rooms. Dr. Misch stated that his wife being a prosthodontist could not do my case as it being too complicated, and needed a prosthodontist and not a non-professional un-trained person without any experience- nor any help did she ever get from Dr. Gaukhman to do the work that I desperately needed. Dr. Dunford did 95% of my work on me and in 10 visits that was performed before ever sending it off to the lab, and when the unit came back as a one piece Ziconia unit from the lab it was 100% perfect , not like the inferior and nonfunctional 4 separate piece units that Vanessa did- and that her work was in such an unprofessional manner and result, BUT instead I received a perfect functional one piece unit -and aesthetically perfect from Dr. Dunford's work,We Sometimes Learn From Other Peoples mistakes, "So Please Learn From My Mistake When I Didn't See Not The So Many Red Flags- And Got Taken For $27,000.00 From Dr. Gaukhman"

I had a general doctor that was put out of business by a large hospital after 35 yrs. of work. I take a few xanax pills that my general doctor would prescribe for me since I was having panic attacks for 28 yrs(I am 66 and a good athlete). I have had some heart surgeries and a heart attack at 40 but my last surgery was preventative 6 yrs ago and I am in better shape than most people. I used to teach tennis 40 yrs ago and I still play for 2 hours at a time. I had to find a new doctor and at the present doctors are not allowed to prescribe controlled substances. This doctor I saw for the first time 4 days ago and was supposed to prescribe me 2 weeks of Buspar to take along with my .5 mg xanax pills that he didn't give a prescription for and said he would after 2 weeks. He gave me a sample of Rexulti to take for 2 weeks along with my xanax pills(whose prescription expired July 2nd but he noticed I still had enough for about 2 weeks. To this day he has not sent a prescription to Walmart for Buspar and I called his office to find out what is going on. I called them yesterday too. I think he might be irresponsible and I don't trust him right now. I will try to find a new doctor who said I had to see a psychiatrist to get a prescription for those xanax pills. I never did before and I don't take them to get high. I take a half pill in the morning, 1.5 pills before I do 2 hours of exercise and the rest by 2am. The medical world is disgusting. My wife, 69 yrs old, came down with lung cancer 2 yrs ago when we moved into her mother's home to take care of her. Now my mother-in law came down 9 months ago(she's 94) with alzheimers and broke her hip on 12/31/2018 and can't see or hear. I hide down in the basement in this 120 yr old mancave with my own TV, computer, printer and phone. Life is great. I am 66 and have medicare and Aetna. Hardly any money(used to have money to buy a house for cash 12 yrs ago when I moved to NJ but I rented instead). I have nothing coming in wills and I guess I better stay in shape so I can work part time and get social security. I don't feel like working anymore , so I take each day at a time.

I was impressed front my first meeting with Dr. Smith. Not only was he professional, well spoken and personable, but he had a very efficiently run office. Everything about my experience from pre surgical visit, surgery to post surgical visit was outstanding. I had put off this surgery for years because I don't deal well with western med - Dr Smith took this objection away with his method of care delivery. Also, of note, Dr Smith's PA, Tim, only complimented Dr Smith's approach. Tim visited me the morning after surgery in the hospital with empathy and positive words. I was delighted with the whole experience.

Kim Sadowski is very unorganized, she contradicts the book we use (the book coincides with the on line homework), She keeps pushing us faster than is necessary, she keeps changing the syllabus and pushing test dates up so that we aren't ready. She "reprimanded" the class because we did poorly on the tests (as if we were in high school), saying we weren't pending enough time on the homework (when many of us were spending 6 or more hours a day on homework). She has been corrected more than once by different students. She is not a good college teacher.

Dr. Bryan Cruz, 1101 N. Cherry Street, Tulare, CA
I made an appointment with this particular doctor because I was looking for a primary care physician. Additionally, I had just got out of the Emergency Room 1 week prior because I ran out of my medication. When I explained my situation to him he denied my request without hesitation because I was honest about my drug history and use of marijuana for medicinal reasons. Moreover, he stated it was ILLEGAL AND THEREFORE HE COULD NOT HELP ME and advised me to WAIT FOR ANOTHER SEIZURE AND OBTAIN MY MEDICATION VIA THE EMERGENCY ROOM!! I tried to explain my use of marijuana was so sporadic, and not for recreational use, to no avail. In fact, the only thing he did suggest was to perform some unnecessary labs I just had done so that he could charge my insurance for something...despite his refusal to help me avoid another violent seizure. My advice to anyone is if you use marijuana don't see this particular doctor because of the stigma he associates with this "drug" AND his ignorance regarding the medical benefits of marijuana.

Professor Rivera is inspiring as a mentor. I appreciate his constructive criticism in regards to improve my writing, and the encouragement to give more in my work. I've had the pleasure of participating in his 2017 Sum 1 OL class on Western Literature. He made himself accessible through various avenues of communication. I've enjoyed this class.
