Paid too much for the car. Lied to St the time of the purchase. Manager aware but blamed the employee who was fired. Nothing done to set things right. Every service call is a day off work because they never have transportation. I am supposed to get a car wash with each service call but I have to pester them. I need a repair and the parts had to be ordered. Lots of reasons it didn't get done. This dealership is too much work to deal with.

I was very pleased with the help rendered by the salesperson, Bob Ellis. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and let us take our time in choosing the right car for us. Also, the business manager, Alex Robinson, was very helpful and explained each document very carefully. I especially appreciated that the dealership had the price, mileage, and other important information of each car posted on the window. There wasn't any haggling. When it comes to buying another car, they will be at the top of my list.

Berto who sold me the car was very knowledgable, answer all my questions, took his time with my purchase and guided me every step of the way. Berto even delivered my car to my front steps and took the time while at my driveway to explain how the cars technology functions and went over all the components of the car!
