I wish I could give them a rating of negative 10. They are the definition of sleazy used car salesmen. They have moved to Garland Texas and now called Rayo Motors. They have a new website, but its pretty much identical to the old web site. Same slimy owner. Juan Carlos Olvera. I have a BBB case and filed a small claims case.

Every one my wife and I met at this dealership were wonderful. Several of the sales force even went out of their way to get information I asked about. Great place to buy a car employies even went out of their way to get info for me that I asked about.

Dirty crook scammer, Juan Carlos Olvera, is ripping people off at DFW Automotriz. He and his dirty son selling cars without airbags or titles. Stolen cars. Flood damage cars. Do NOT give them your name, drivers license or social security number. Then they sell your identity so that illegal alien crooks ruin your name and credit. You will have loans, credit cards, and police criminal charges in your name and in your social security number. He did the same thing at his other dealerships that were shut down by the police. I was very pleased with the help rendered by the salesperson, Bob Ellis. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and let us take our time in choosing the right car for us. Also, the business manager, Alex Robinson, was very helpful and explained each document very carefully. I especially appreciated that the dealership had the price, mileage, and other important information of each car posted on the window. There wasn't any haggling. When it comes to buying another car, they will be at the top of my list.
