How on earth is this woman a licensed cpa? She is constantly making excuses for errors that have cost me thousands. Late filings, using the wrong forms, and she miscategorized my business. I am not confident she can read and comprehend english. For a cpa, she requires a calculator for simple math my 8th grade daughter can do in her head. I researched Lan online, and she is involved in nail salons, asian massage parlors and is the Treasurer and Campaign Manager for Mike Gould, Collin County District Clerk Candidate. He is a realtor with no recorded sales for 2 years, but is heavily involved in the massage parlor business. He does not have a JD or any college degree which I assume is required to be district clerk. He also has a DUI and Lan had a suspended license. The more you search, the more dirt you uncover. These are not the credentials or activities of cpa's, district clerks, and politicians. I am suspicious of Lan's license for these reasons. At a minimum, I would assume a licensed cpa must have a clean record and have the ability to read and perform math at an 8th grade level.

These types of platforms are designed for cowards and back stabbers like me. This platform is also suited for people like me and others, we can put down, back stab a person while calling them friend. I know this builder he is not the person I said he was. He has never told me he has made millions in any business. Yes, he drives a small car, but he also has a truck. I am a little jealous because this guy can wear spandex he is in great shape. I am in bad shape because I drink all the time. I am also chronic ADHD, he is not chronic ADHD, that was wrong for me to say that about him I am not a doctor. Yes, he was a public-school teacher, some of us wouldn't last one day as a teacher in our public schools. Please remember when you read about people or businesses on this type of platform take it with a grain of salt.

Is this builder for real? His stories are like a fantasy. He thinks he is God's gift to building. The guy kept interrupting me so that he could finish his life story of how he saved the construction industry, made a fortune selling pies and made more millions in the fair or the circus (sorry, i couldn't keep up). I don't know if he has chronic ADHD or just likes to hear himself ramble on at the expense of others. But then you come back to reality when you notice he drives a cheap, discontinued 4 cyclinder toyota microcompact. Yeah buddy, that's what all the builders drive to the job site. No room for tools, floorplans, or anything. I enjoyed how he mispronounced basic building terms while claiming to be an expert that he has taught other builders. And by the way, stop dressing like you work at the Best Buy help desk. The skinny spandex khakis, white sole shoes, and shiny blue polos are a dead giveway that you don't know what you are doing and are going to hurt yourself. I had a hunch you didn't know squat about home building, and with my trusty google search engine, I found out I was right. You are a total BS artist. And in that car wearing those clothes claiming those accolades, you look and sound like the village idiot. Based on your reviews and profile, you are a high school teacher (God help our children) that apparently had a failed, corrupt run for political office. Your youtube videos are entertaining as you effectively let every watcher know you are a hack and a clown. Prance back to your safe quiet place and leave the construction to guys that don't wear spandex in public.
