Mark Mitchell, 300 W summit Ave Suite 210 Charlotte, NC 28203
He is abusive, toxic and manipulative. He has his team members work excessive overtime. I’ve worked from a 5am-3am many times and I know other team members have as well. I was constantly contacted on time off or PTO. I was told I could not take my covid sick leave or my medical leave when my neck was fractured. My boss ignored me, clients and coworkers. He has burned bridges with clients, coworkers and other work related relationships. When he messed up he blamed those at the lower levels of the hierarchy to take the heat off himself. He had very poor communication and would give deadlines as late as 4pm and expect them the following morning complete when these ***ignments normally take weeks. The most unorganized, rude, disrespectful, manipulative, lying, lazy “leader” I have ever worked with. He harassed me during my lunches, on my time off and discriminated my health situation which never got in the way of completing my duties. I was never given the opportunity to take my leave even though it was included in my benefit plan.

District Manager, Spencer’s Gifts, Charlotte, NC, 28277
Bad communication, no empathy, no advocacy and strict. Gets on lower management as if they are being paid enough to deal with being berated. Doesn’t even Acknowledge sales ***ociates - treats them as if they don’t matter. Everyone I know who has left this company, has left because dealing with said District Manager takes too big a toll on their mental well-being. She is not helpful, but claims to be when in reality she is a burden and gets in the way of the task at hand. She sets up her office in the back room, making it impossible for ***ociates to feel comfortable on their break. Ultimately she contributes to a hostile work environment and makes everyone uncomfortable.
Albermarle, Amy Dunbar, Charlotte, NC, 28001
This person is confirmed mentally ill and because she is a woman continues to cheat the system. She in fact calls news media to show she is moving from company to company with fake reviews on herself. She does not know much being used as the diamond ring for company advertising they promote woman. What the companies do not know is that she has an exclusive hidden deal with Robert Half. When she struts into the company she plays many games and can tear on a dime. She attempts to eliminate people by lying, blame game and also by covering her *** using others as a fall person. The excuses are great and her ownership is zero. Robert half makes head flip money and she continues to receive job endorsements from Robert half. (way to cheat the system). The companies never look for her acts of vindictive narcissism and all other medical mental illness she brings with her. Mentally ill people enjoy showing there manipulation and Amy is no different. Amy advertises on twitter page with the call sign of amycashqueen. If a male VP or CEO had a Twitter account with that name, they would indeed be fired.

I visited the office with shortness of breath. I've never had any issues with this and was nervous. This provider was no help. I was not upset because she was treating me...I was upset because I didn't know what was happening, possibly happening, etc. and she did not take the time to give me any type of information or have proper bedside manner. This was also displayed today on my phone call with her. She did not take the time to listen to anything I had to say. She said I DID NOT fill the scripts and I did....and thats why I was calling to ask questions about the medication. I've worked with physicians for 21 years. Her behavior on the phone is not the way any provider should ever handle a patient under ANY circumstances. She stated she had 3 witnesses listening on the phone and that they heard me "yelling" at her. I was not yelling, I was trying to speak with her and explain what was going on, but she would NOT let me speak. The proof of that is the fact that she stated I refused the meds she prescribed and thats when I had to talk over her and let her know that I did fill the meds and thats why I was calling. Its also noted in my chart to call back in 3 days. I had a problem with her bedside manner and spoke to the front office person about it and that was the correct thing to do. I stated that I didn't know what was wrong and wasn't offered any type of explanation UNTIL she seen I was upset and ready to go. And yes I did state that if I could get an appt in Charlotte with my PCP I was going to because I needed more than she was giving me As the provider, it was NOT her place to confront me in the manner she did at all. At no time during the call with me did I hear that she even cared why I called. She had a chip on her shoulder and needed to get her point across. She was not concerned with my well being today. At the end of her rant on the phone she then let me know that I am more than welcome to come back in to be seen. Why would I? The patient / doctor relationship has been destroyed. Her job is to treat patients and inform them. If there are any problems the patient has, that is handled through office staff and management. Arguing AT a patient then offering to care for them must be a new age approach.
Dr. Firas Dairi, 2971 W Algonqui Rd Suite 104, Algonquin, IL
Dr Dairi is a very caring Dr. Very thorough in every aspect. I trust his decisions in my care. My husband is also a patient and was well cared for when he was in the hospital. Dr.Dairi jumped right in for me even though he was leaving on vacation. I give him and his staff the highest possible mark

michael Ruffolo, 212 Asheville Ave, suite 30, Cary, NC
Dr. Ruffolo did a total revision Hip arthroplasty on my right hip on Oct 17, 2017. Surgery went great and I was released from hospital in two days. Dr Ruffolo spent considerable time with me post op and each day I was in the hospital to insure all was well with me. This was a remarkable change from my initial surgery on June 2, 2017 when the performing surgeon did not come see me at all either post op are the 2 days I was in the hospital.
